I contacted customer service, but never heard them back, no answer how many times I contact them! LED screen is out so I’m not able to use it. Screen was slowly going away, and it completely went off ~9 month. I didn’t even use it 10 times, total garbage!! Wasted my $100 on this.

I received this product as a Christmas gift and I have loved it so far. It’s relatively painless, it sort of feels like a sunburn for a short period afterwards that is totally pacified by a gel product my husband also got me. It comes with protective eyewear, a long cord, and cheap razor. It’s easy to use, you just need enough time to shave and shower first. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t been using it for long enough to know the long term results. I’ve already seen a reduction in hair with just a few uses, and I’m optimistic that I’ll be very pleased with this product.

I would have given 5 ⭐ but 15 days after my return deadline ended the button that controls the flash began malfunctioning. I keep the device very clean and use the flash button as minimally as possible using auto on larger parts of the body (legs, thighs, back, chest, ECT) and use manual on smaller areas (face, bikini line, ECT). Since the button is malfunctioning it begins flashing as soon as the device is powered on and doesn’t stop flashing until I can either 1. get the power button to power the device off (sometimes it acts like it doesn’t register I’m even pushing power) or 2. I have to completely unplug the device to get it to turn off. This would only be a minor inconvenience for me if it wasn’t for the fact that every time it flashes it burns the counter down on the device. It’s only got X amount of flashes before you need to replace the device all together. It does have a large number of flashes if the counter is accurate and the device holds up long enough to use them but in the scope of things I like to use what I buy for as long as possible because I don’t pamper or splurge $$ on myself often.
The Pros are this product works great for hair removal. I struggle with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) let me tell you with hormonal imbalance you can get hair in places that are embarrassing (chin). This product has made a huge difference in my hair growth. I used to do daily maintenance to keep unwanted hair away but since using this product I am no longer chained to the razor and creams that I once was. I can now go 2½ weeks between my normal maintenance routine. After seeing how well it worked on me I wanted to see how it would work on various hair types. FYI it also works wonders on men. I began a small experiment on my male friend who absolutely hated walking around looking like bigfoot. Just that thick course body hair. I gave him the dreaded task of shaving. After what felt like hours and many Gillette razors we finally had what resembled a man instead of a hairy animal. I’ve been using this on him 3xs a week for the last 4½ weeks and he’s really impressed with the results. Even though my device is malfunctioning I’m still trying to get him to purchase this product because overall the product works. If the button didn’t malfunction the way it does I would have given this a solid 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review.

Having facial hair after menopause is one of those unpleasant surprises. I have always had some above my lip but wow! Now I have it on my chin and chin area. Super embarrassing. So I went from shaving the upper lip to using an epilator. I finally decided to order an IPL.
The machine is easy to use, easy to hold and has a cooling feature for your skin. I started with a lower setting and have moved it up. I am in chronic pain and struggle a lot so not having to worry about facial hair…feeling better about myself is important to me. I also feel that it is well worth the money. I am seeing less hair growth but need to get at it again! Lachyee Laser Hair Removal Device is definitely worth it!!

So I’ve spent way too much money on professional laser services. They’ve done what they needed to but at a high cost.
I find this little device, super easy to hold and great reviews so I decide to give it a shot. Started with my legs and within 2 weeks, I noticed less hair growing back and each week, I see even less and less.
I love the fact that it has so many levels and I was able to start out low to see where my tolerance level was and gradually moved up to a much higher setting.
I love this laser. It totally works and has saved me money (legs are expensive to laser).

These laser hair guns are all over amazon. Some of them you can find their AliExpress counterparts for as low as $34 so I wanted to get one that was of decent quality. I settled on this one for myself and my GF to use so we wouldn’t have to shave all the time. The process is slow and you have to use it after you shave but it DOES WORK!
The box is somewhat generic and it’s not exactly a name brand but they do have a quality made product. The power supply has some weight and an LED indicator. The glasses that are included are actually decent and wrap around your eyes and aren’t flimsy.
The unit itself is made of good quality plastics and overall just feels well built. The best part about it is that is really does get ICE COLD! The end of the gun has a metal plate that will get condensation on it if you have the ICE function enabled. It may be somewhat of a gimmick but it does what it claims and does make it more comfortable after you shaved while you’re zapping away those pubes.
Not much else to say other than it works, the manual is well translated and it seems like a well made product at half the cost of a name brand unit and it does the same thing. You can adjust the intensity and it also has a mode for Skin Care for helping with acne. Sometimes you will “feel it” but for the most part its comfortable to use and definitely much better than waxing.
The process will take months of repeated use but slowly you will start to see less and less hair. So as long as you’re determined and want to have a well made unit go with this one!
Last Note: I also like the box is well made so you can use it for storage of the gun itself as well as the charger and accessories.
