I have been trying all the wax types out there and this is the same unit and wax that they use at my hair salon. I have always waxed myself up to the Avon days they had wax to use at home and never found anything that worked as well till now. Don’t waste time and money on the others.

I LOVE this set. My brows have never looked so good! I was a bit hesitant since I am used to using brow wax from Sallys Beauty, like the Gigi brand. However, this wax is the best wax I have ever used in my years of waxing my own brows. Also, the design of the wax warmer is pure genius, for example, the lid is domed and the space for the wax is perfectly measured – it leaves just enough space for the lid to pop out which makes it so easy to take on and off without a mess! I would only recommend fixing the noisy heat control knob, and including more popsicle sticks in the bundle. Amazing! ~Alysia

It came in quickly. It was great and easy to use. The other solutions like the pre wax cleanser, wax residue remover, the aloe gel, and the lotion all were helpful to use during the wax process. It does come with their own soft wax and the pads to go with it, but in my case I was using my own hard wax beads (mermaid wax). You will have to buy another empty wax container to use if you are also doing this since you cannot pour wax beads directly into the warmer. The warmer heated up great and I did end up buying more wood sticks since it does come with only a few. Overall it was a great kit to use and I do like this brand. I looked at the reviews on all the other bundles for waxing but they all had issues with the machine. So I thought better to use a professional quality wax warmer versus a cheaper one that may not work for me. This is a great investment if you want to get your moneys worth.

Good kid for waxing. It includes everything for start.
Wax is not granules, but more like thick honey. It is not very convenient to open it, a lot of wax remains on the lid.

I tried several waxes and despite the negative reviews saying don’t buy it, I bought it!
My box arrived intact and if by bad luck it had leaked, I would have simply requested an exchange. In the beggining, i applied small amounts to familiarize myself with the technique. Then after a few times it was already fine.
The wax does not stay stuck which I appreciate!! It hurt me much less than my epil lady or other waxes.
*In the video, I have a little difficulty, because I use my left hand…but in real life, it’s easy!
Tips:
1.You shoot all at once…no hesitation.
2.If the wax is too hot… blow a little on it.
3. Use pre and post hair removal products.
4.Listen to a tutorial on youtube BEFORE you start.

Great kit to start waxing! Got everything we need: wax warmer, sensitive wax that is very easy to use, almond oil to clean any wax anywhere (body or objects, hard floors), aloe Vera gel to calm redness or just take care of skin after waxing, bands to remove wax, stick to apply wax. Love this purchase and will buy it again if need, and I will buy again the wax which is good quality.

I am a professional esthetician who trained at Aveda Institute with Satin Smooth wax warmers.So, I thought it would be great like the other’s I had used professionally in my trade. I was WRONG this was the WORST wax kit I have EVER USED & I got stuck with GIGI Waxwarmer’s & was before. I don’t recommend that either, trust me!
First it exploded all over my esti treatment room in the middle of a client session. Thankfully, she was nice & understood that it was not my fault but, the fault of the machine & wax.Second the wax was HORRIBLE quality. It didn’t spread properly no latter how thin I tried to do it. It just kept sticking everywhere. It was too tacky to even deal with. It stuck to my strips, it even got on my Esti table & the wax kept sticking everywhere. I tried like hell to get it off. The aloe in the kit was HORRIBLE & didn’t work. I had to get all wax off with baby oil because, it was the ONLY way it could be removed.Lastly, It took me two days to clean most of it up with paper & an iron & still there was wax in places.Do yourself a favour DON’T BUY THIS WAX WARMER. I had to take paper from my Esti table & some how fix it back into the box because, the wax HORRIBLE! I happily packed it up in the box & sent it back! To say I was disappointed in this purchase is an understatement!

This product is great and so is the person who sells it. I recieved my package and the cleanser had leaked out but I contacted them and they got back to me immediately to replace the cleanser that I had lost in my kit. And that was very nice knowing that they cared enough to replace the missing piece to my kit. As for the wax I really like satin smooth it is very easy to apply for me and it also does t hurt too bad when removed which is nice. I am a cosmetologist so I’ve had a lot of practice waxing so it was very easy for me but I can imagine it would be a bit messy for someone who has never waxed before. The wax remover is great as well my cat pawed the wax (like a dummy) and the wax remover helped me get it out of his paws very quickly and easily. It’s a great product and its sold by good people.
