It only works with the thermal style stencil paper (the kind with clear plastic backing).
Does an ok job. Sometimes it doesn’t go through the machine straight or the impression isn’t good and you have to redo it. But it works.
Also, it’s hard to use more than just the center of the sheet, so if you have a bigger image or more than one on a page, it might not print all of it.

I love it. I can’t tell the difference yet besides looks from the old & new. I own the older version too. The only difference I see is that this one is a little smaller but not by a lot. I still think its the same only slyghtly bulky & with a new look.

I printedy an image then did my test to see how well it transfered using the stencil paper they included. It worked well I had no issues transferring my images BUT BUT BUT although it looked nicely I had issues getting it to stay on my fake skin.

Not sure if its because I added too much transfer gel or due to the stencil paper not working as it should. .

I will still add 5stars because the machine works just like it should I had no issues. And that was the main reason I ordered this. Not because of the sample tranfer stencil paper.

So would I recommend this stencil transfer printer yes. Yes I would 😊 it did the job.

my daughter wanted to try tattooing so I ordered this stencil machine for her. She says it rarely gets jammed and it prints the designs well. It has been a great addition for her tattooing journey.

Works well and easy to use with the directions that came with. Keeps a charge for continued use. Copies stencil well and transfers easily on to skin.

This printer works so much better than the common one that has the two big buttons on the front. With good quality transfer paper, I did a run of maybe 10-12 stencils through it and they all came out as they should. I did try to use some of the cheap transfers that I have and they did not work that well. That was also expected.

This printer is also smaller and heavier than some others. Appears to be much sturdier, which is great! I would say this one is more mobile, as it’s also small enough to fit inside my travel case.

The settings are actually usable. On some others, they are there but selected automatically. On this machine, you can select if you want a lighter or darker stencil. There is also a photo setting that will print a grayscale stencil instead of just line work.

This is definitely the best option for the price.

Excellent printer! It’s small enough to be portable and doesn’t take up much surface area, but it’s large enough to create bigger stencils. Also comes with transfer paper, which is a big bonus! The print quality is outstanding, providing very fine lines for detailed work. Definitely recommend!

A transfer stencil printer is an absolute must-have for any tattoo artists, even amateurs who just tattoo their friends at home, the time this printer has saved me versus hand drawing over and over again has more than paid for itself in no time. It took some time for me to figure out how to use this printer effectively but once I did it’s been easy every time. The stencils print perfectly and clearly every time, and the included transfer paper has been working just fine for me, though it’s not the best and I’ll probably get some nice paper when the included paper runs out. Regardless, this has everything you need to get started and is such a great investment that you and your drawing wrist will be glad you made.

I had to take my time before I wrote this review. Because the instruction set that came with the device was not written in very good English and wasn’t very clear. It did take some time to figure it all out, however once I did it does a fairly decent job. I will occasionally get a very complicated stencil that won’t entirely copy to the stencil paper but that is a rare instance. Most of the tattoos that I do use a fair framework of a stencil and then I just do shading and stuff by it. So for simple stencils this is probably going to get you 90% of the way, but if you do very complicated stencils with lots of lines and lots of shading Direction built into the stencil, you might want to look elsewhere. Or perhaps go in the direction of a true thermal printer that can print directly from a computer. Overall though this is a good product and I recommend it
