Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He decided to use up his canned shave cream first before using. Today Feb 6 he tried it. We followed directions on filling and preheating. The only thing working on this piece of junk is the power light. The cream is cold and nothing comes from the dispenser hole. What a giant and expensive piece of junk. Naturally the return window is closed and I can’t return it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Back to the can for hubby.

I’m sure dangerous stands out the most in the title of this review. I say dangerous, because this machine has absolutely no heat regulation. More often than not, i need to dispense the shave lather into a bowl or something else before letting it get on my hands because this thing has burned me so bad that i’ve had blisters. Recently this thing died on me and i’m fine with it. This thing just sucks. It clogs constantly, randomly shoots out jets of boiling hot water or overly rich lather that causes the motor to overheat. Just save your money and get something that is more worth it.
