This curling iron is just what I wanted for travel. It’s really compact, but has plenty of heat to style hair properly. It has 3 heat settings, but most importantly, an auto shut-off feature. I have very short, blond fine hair and I’ve found using this size curling iron is much easier to maneuver without burning ears and neckline. I now have 2, one for home use and one packed ready to go in my travel bag.

I used this on a trip to Italy – worked perfectly with my adapter. Heats up extremely fast. Only downside is the power and heat adjustment button are one in the same and its very easy to hit while using, which increases the temp and can shut the unit off.

I love this! Was concerned because some reviews mentioned burning but no one said you could choose the temp. I chose 250. My hair is a bob to my chin and the width works well.

Bought this dual voltage iron for a European trip, used an adapter with it, and first morning it started smoking and completely quit working. 1st morning! Other travelers had no problem with their irons and adapters. And of course I am outside the 30 days, very unhappy.

Nice Size travel iron, works well and heats up nicely. The Iron is 10″ long, the heating iron part is ~3.75″ long Tourmaline ceramic barrel . The tip of the iron is plastic. The Cord attached to the iron swivels 360, so your cord should get tangled up. The Temperature selection was a little annoying to select since there is only 1 button on the iron that serves as On/Off and temperature (250’F, 284’F, 320’F, 365’F, & 410’F). It has an LCD display and shows you the current temperature of the iron even while it heats up (0’F to whatever you set it for). The iron has a stand built into the plastic handle, but doesn’t work that well, I wish it was larger or came with a metal stand etc.
It has 2 safety features. You must press the power button a few seconds to turn it on, and will automatically shut-off after 60 minutes.
The plug is a US plug, but if you want to use it out of the country, you will need to purchase the country you are traveling power adapters. As you can see below, it has dual voltage to work world wide, so need to purchase a voltage transformer.
They do supply a carrying bag that just fits the iron only.

Size really doesn’t matter with this little beauty. After throwing away or returning curling iron that have no real temperature control( they claim to) this one does! It packs easily and works well! F Bye bye Conair.. lost all my trust after two duds! Great buy! It’s perfect for curling my frond strands when I wear my hair up!
