  1. Keith Price

They’re definitely a decent low-cost alternative to the name-brand heads.

The brush heads fit my Oral-B toothbrush well and snap on easily. The bristles are soft enough to be gentle on my gums but firm enough to leave my teeth feeling clean. I also like the different bristle lengths, which seem to do a good job of reaching all the nooks and crannies in my mouth. The heads are smaller too, which makes it easier to clean around my molars without bumping into other teeth.

One downside is that they seem to wear out a bit faster than the original Oral-B heads. The bristles can get a bit wonky over time, and the blue indicator that’s supposed to fade when it’s time to replace the head doesn’t really work as well as on the name-brand ones. I also noticed that these heads can be a bit noisier, and there’s sometimes a small gap between the head and handle that causes some rattling during use.

There’s also a hole in the toothbrush head that tends to leak water while brushing, which can be a bit annoying since it splashes on my shirt and counter. Despite these minor issues, the price is right, and I like to replace my toothbrush head more frequently, so these are a good value for me.

I was really hoping these heads would be a good replacement for the expensive name brand ones, but unfortunately not in this instance you definitely get what you pay for. I don’t think they are even worth the 30 dollars I paid very low quality!

  3. 3rd Time is a Charmer

Used these for a few months now. I feel the need to change them out more often. Almost twice as fast as the OEM. Honestly, for the price it is not too bad of a trade off. From a hygiene standard it is probably better to swap replacement heads sooner.

The feel of the bristles, I would say cleans 80% as efficient as the OEM. Rattles a little bit more, and does not sit flush when clicked into place.

Overall, still usable, and the main benefit is the ability to swap them out sooner due to the lower cost!

This was a great buy for all of these and they fit my Oral-B perfectly. I definitely recommend

These are among the best substitutes for the Oral-B toothbrush heads that I’ve tried. They are definitely more cost-effective than the name brand heads. They fit my electric toothbrush well and stay snugly in place throughout brushing. These particular heads are the most basic heads with a softer bristle. They seem to clean my teeth very well, and I was told that my teeth looked great at my most recent dental cleaning. One thing I’ve noticed with other substitute heads I’ve tried is that they quickly start to become loose at the base of the rotating head part, and end up pinching my lips or cheeks sometimes. I am very pleased to report that I have thus far not experienced that with these heads. So far so good!

I have tried all sorts of replacement Oral-B toothbrush heads–of all of the low-cost options, these actually seem to perform the best.

    PROS:
    – They have edges on the brush itself, so rather than a perfect cylinder, they are more of an octagon, which gives them a better grip/feel
    – The firmness is just right for me & they leave my teeth feeling very clean afterwards
    – They are not as loud as a lot of the others I have tried (important for when I brush my teeth while my wife is still sleeping)
    – They make a solid connection on my Oral-B toothbrushes
    – The head is relatively small, so it fits everywhere nicely in my mouth
    – The rotational power is just right

    CONS:
    – The heads seem to wear out a bit faster than Oral-B brand, but since they’re substantially cheaper, I can live with that.
    – There’s a hole in the toothbrush head that is positioned in a way that as I brush my teeth, water leaks out of it all over my shirt and counter. Kind of obnoxious & not something I’ve seen with other heads.

Since I like to replace my toothbrush head more frequently than most, this is a really good deal for me & allows me to do it.

Overall these Oral B replacement toothbrush heads work decently well. The brittles are a little softer and a basic style (others have more variety in brittle heights and angles to assist in getting in between teeth). The plastic shaft seems thinner than others as well. Almost to the point it is see through. These toothbrush heads also suffer from the same thing as others in that liquid tends to leak out while brushing. Again, these work decently well but the lower quality is noticeable.
