Bought for a week trip to Germany. Everything is included. The plug adapter worked in the outlet. You need to turn the voltage setting to EU, they provide a little plastic disk to help. I used on high and low and both worked fine. My hotel room didn’t have AC and in the 80F heat it heated up the bathroom very quickly, so I used on low then finished on my hair on high. The on/off button is on the handle and I would accidentally shut off the dryer while using it, but I’m still giving it 5 stars as I was so happy to have this tool after having a frizzy hair trip to the UK.
The case is large, almost too large to travel with. I’m going to store the dryer in the case between trips and travel with the dryer in the velvet bag it comes with.
I recommend this dryer, my hair looked great in my Germany vacation pics unlike my pics from UK where the hotel dryer left my hair a frizzy mess.

Honestly, once you get used to it, it works okay. But if you are not familiar with this type of dryer it will take some getting used to. It works but I find it isn’t the best for all hair types, particularly fine hair or 4 category hair. The case and accessories are cute, though.

I LOVE this model, I’ve had others but this is the one I always use. It is easy to handle, the size is perfect, the the size of the brush is perfect for my hair (medium to shorter length), it works great internationally and it doesn’t take up a ton of space. The cord swivels for convenience.

This hair dryer is perfect for travel. I like that it is dual voltage. With the brush built-in, you can style and dry at the same time. It is quite large for being a travel dryer, but this makes it work better because the mini hair tools take much longer to use and are not as hot.
