This is truly a great serum. I have dark spots and bumpy skin texture, and this has helped improve my skin quite a bit my make up goes on much nicer, and those trouble spots are fading little by little. This is great because now I don’t have to go and pay to get facial peels done as much as I love to. Hoping one day I can go without makeup using this

  2. Customer Review

First, this is a terrific vendor offering a high quality product. My orders are well packaged and shipped right away. The bottle and dropper are top shelf and very deep amber to protect this product.

This serum is a bit thicker than I anticipated and I think it’s perfect; it stays where you put it and can contend with creams and lotions. I agree with other reviewers about potential ‘sting’ and/or ‘itch’ but for
me, continued use has reduced this reaction. I use this very close to the rim of my eyelashes without issue, and actually rub some into my lashes well before putting my head on the pillow for sleep.

The azelaic acid, along with the vitamin C and skin conditioners has been a game changer in my battle with demodex. I use this serum 2-4X daily along with liberal applications of 99.9% alcohol. My physician’s RN was flabbergasted in the improvement of my skins appearance, texture and dramatically reduced disfiguration, in just six weeks.

If you’re thinking about adding azeliac acid to your skin routine, you most definitely want to give this serum a try, it’s subscription worthy 😉

The caustic Ness or the harness on this does not bother my skin, but I can see where other people would find it bad. I think it’s helping with the fine lines.

It has been roughly a month of using this product in combination with tretinoin, sunblock, and hydroquinone.

I apply this first to dry skin, then mix tret and hydroquinone together for the second layer, lastly I finish with a hydrating cream.

I’ll be honest I have not noticed fading, but I have not noticed worsening, which for me is okay. I have severe melasma and require yearly Cosmelan treatments at my derm to remove several layers of skin. Once that’s done, I have new skin and the goal is to maintain that.

In all honesty with summer it’s been hard so melasma has crept back in, so I started this product to keep it at bay until my next Cosmelan peel. I would recommend this product.

I will say there is an adjustment period if using it in combination with tret and hydroquinone where you’ll be dry and irritated, but once that passes it’s smooth sailing. Took about a week to adjust.

I bought this product a couple months ago because of the higher percentage of azelaic acid. Other brands that I have used in the past have kept my oily skin shine free, even on the hottest days, and have helped clear up any random breakouts pretty much overnight.

I’ve used this brand all summer, and my skin would appear oily within an hour. It also hasn’t helped clear any of my breakouts, leading me to believe that this doesn’t actually contain 15% strength acid.

I gave it three stars because it hasn’t caused me to have any extra break outs, or irritated my skin, but I will probably stick with the other brands that I have used in the past.

So, I usually wouldn’t leave a review so soon, as I only just received this yesterday. Will update in two weeks, but had to get this out.

I had read that azelaic acid would help with Perioral Dermatitis, which I have been battling with for the last decade. I know most of my triggers; but tend to go between clear, to red, to flaking, and back again.

Wanted to give another product a try (usually always a mistake) in hopes that the outcome would not be the same, as it did not contain any of my known triggers. HOWEVER, it of course lead to a worsening outbreak that even formed pustules (this happens occasionally when I have something really irritate my skin). Okay, so I eliminate new product immediately, and go back to just washing, and then eventually add back moisturizer. It has calmed, but still redness and flaking. So, I ordered this to try.

I put this on last night. Love the consistency (slightly slimy and sticky, but absorbs fairly quickly). I applied it over a hyaluronic acid mist. Slight burn and tingle, but all over the face (I did not spot test, just dove right in). It was quite similar to the feeling of applying my retinol serum (which I am on a regular break from). I did apply some squalane and hemp seed oil over it.

Woke up this morning, and NO FLAKING. Redness is down a good deal! Yay!

Will be using am and pm. As I said, updating in two weeks!

Wanted to include a picture, but my camera is terrible, and isn’t picking up the hint of redness that is indeed still there (didn’t want it to be misleading), but is greatly diminished from before use.

Serum is light weight and has no harsh chemical smell. Works well on my skin, No problems. Still using it, and no adverse affects. Seems like a good product!
