For context, I have long, somewhat-thick hair. The pin itself is quite thick, so when inserting in the hair it almost pulls the hair. The appearance is nice but my advice is to find a pin a bit thinner and longer for a similar hair type.

I liked how this felt heavier and not plastic. It holds hair well and is long enough if you have a lot of hair. You do need to watch videos on how to do styles or if you want to just stick it up in a pony and then stick it in that works too.

Like the color. But the metal is too heavy for my hair, and I have long hair. I feel that if the pins were shorter maybe they’d stay in? Anyway, returning as I can’t use.

I had previously ordered a set similar to these but they were plastic and very flimsy. Couldn’t penetrate the bun without the “legs” bending. Just useless. Recent came across these and decided to give these a shot. Upon opening the package I immediately tested one out. It’s perfect! Slid into my hair bun like butter yet it’s holing my hair in place tightly & firmly. The gold and silver verso s are quite nice & look elegant. This is a nice alternative to a scrunch’s or hair band. I hope the plating lasts/does t chip or fade. If it does I’ll update this review but for now I am impressed . (For reference I have long medium thick hair.)
