I love this handheld machine . Depending on the area used on , your arms can become tired . Timer goes up to 10 minutes, and there is a cool and hot setting . With consistency , you will see results .

I have been using this machine on and off for the last few months and I must say…. it really works! The results are subtle, but with regular work outs and healthy eating, my skin– particularly on my stomach is much smother and taught. I do recommend!

I think I used it for 6-8 times, I read the instruction and said to not use it for more than 1 hr to prevent overheated, I make sure to never use it for more than 20min just to be sure, the last times I start feeling it hot and then it just stop working. Is not worth the price if you could only use it 8 times and is not like the professionals like the sculping salons.

I’ve use this device for 2 months now on my abdomen , it works with consistency you will notice improvement . Use once a week no more then 30 minutes drink plenty of fluids. Waist have shrunk a few inches
