You will want to leave it together; it does take up a bit of space. But it seems to work well, lots of color options and it has a timer and a fan. My wife is really the user of this product, but so far, she is liking it. The manual with the light modes is hard to read, but the listing has useful information. It’s larger than a mask, but it also has more lights and options.

This system is great because it has many different wavelengths of light and also doesn’t sit directly on your face. You do need a flat surface to lay on that is close to an outlet. It is also easy to clean. Highly recommend.

There are no directions whatsoever in the package, just a pamphlet showcasing people’s before and after’s. Armed with some brainpower, I managed to assemble it myself. The side panels didn’t quite click perfectly into the top panel, leaving a slight deviation. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning.
I’ve been using it every night for the past two weeks, and it’s become my little relaxation ritual. I pop on the goggles, choose a Spotify playlist, and chill for around 15 minutes. The goggles that came with it did the job until the clasp on mine decided to call it quits. Luckily, I’ve got a new pair on the way from Amazon, but man, if they hadn’t broken, I’d still be rocking them.
As for my skin, there’s a subtle difference, nothing too mind-blowing yet. I’m sticking with it because, honestly, the whole process is just so darn relaxing. Now, my only gripe – that timer beeping is no joke. It blares in my ears after 15 minutes, and there’s no way to turn it off or tone it down. First time it happened, I practically jumped out of my skin and smacked my head on the top panel. Lesson learned: be prepared for the loud beep! 😅
