These clips are okay. They did the job we bought them for. (Decorated the clips themselves with 4th of july flowers to be able to clip them in hair).
I wouldn’t say they are great, as the performance of them left a lot of room for improvement (stayed in for awhile but didn’t hold for very long, and kept slipping out … we tried very little hair to more hair to clip it to, to get the best grip..but it didn’t seem to matter)
However with all that said…I’m guessing that because these are fairly inexpensive for the volume of what you get…it’s one of those…you get what you pay for.

I like the look and metal. They will hold up well enough to use on bows. The quality is definitely better on the largest ones. It says you get 10 of the largest 20 of the medium and 40 of the small ones but I got 10 large, 22 medium, and 38 of the small; it’s still 70 though so that part didn’t really bother me. They do feel nice and tight but not rough to open and close, again showing the quality is decent.
The negative is because on the inside bar where the spring is : more than half of them are significantly bent, which may means they will break or fall apart sooner than the unbent ones.
For the price and quality I feel like they are good enough to use and let my daughter use the ones I see are bent to avoid damaging bows I sell. 3 stars for quality and appearance. Packaging; they all come bunched together so easily dented and damaged although only 4 of mine were bent and I managed to straighten them without breakage, I may not be so lucky next time.

I wear bows with my 60s hair styles and these are SO much better than using barrettes. The teeth grab well and stay. The flat backing is perfect for gluing to bows. Love the different sizes.
