I tried different tallow lotions before and this one is the absolute best! The texture is so light and fluffy. It melt in the skin without having to rub forever like other product. I use it on my face too and it leave the skin really nourish but not oily looking or sticky. There is no smell to it and I love that it is only tallow and no additive at all. 💕

Whipped beef tallow balm to the rescue! Finally!! After 40 years of trying to find the perfect face moisturizer for my ultra sensitive skin, as well as a makeup remover that actually removes foundation… this is it! And it’s not expensive compared, especially considering it replaces two or three products for me! (Last night I forgot to use cleanser after using this to remove my makeup, but I didn’t even need it!)
It’s important NOT to get this, or any oil/skincare product, in your eyes! I don’t use this around my eyes, to be safe. (For eye make up remover, I use argan or a similar oil, with hot water on cotton pads, resting them over my eyes for a bit before wiping all the eye gunk off.)
To use this balm as a makeup remover, I apply a generous amount gently onto my face and lips and let it sit for a while, melting the makeup away. Then I use the hottest water on a washcloth I can tolerate, and let that sit on my face until it cools, then wipe off all the mess, cleaning the washcloth often, until my face is clean. I usually don’t even need moisturizer after, but if I’m having a particularly dry day, I’ll add a tiny bit more whipped tallow to my skin without wiping it off. A little on the lips also feels nice after.
In the shower, after exfoliating and washing my face, I apply some tallow balm that I keep in a small jar in the shower. Just before I get out of the shower, I do a quick rinse of my face. It’s also nice applied to my legs after shaving them.
If my face looks oily from applying too much, or if I’m applying make up after my shower, I use a clean washcloth, again with hot water, letting it sit over my entire face to steam my pores open before gently wiping off the excess balm. Then using a clean washcloth, I do the same process with the coldest water, allowing it to close my pores. Then I let my face dry before applying make up.
Next I’ll either make my own, or find a good pre-made whipped tallow salt scrub for the shower.
Be aware, if you have dogs, they will be sniffing and possibly trying to lick you! Naturally, they are drawn to the smell. It’s a very subtle beefy smell, for my highly sensitive nose, or no smell at all for others.

This natural 100% grass fed whipped tallow is absolutely amazing!!! It leaves my skin, feeling silky and smooth. The consistency is beautifully whipped, depending on how dry you are determines how quickly it absorbs but once it does, it leaves you soft and smooth for hours. I love it. I will definitely buy it again.
