Recently started the Dr Ellie Philips mouth care system to help my mouth hygiene . As a truck driver i most of the time chew candy gum chocolate or anything to “keep busy” . And this product after every meal somehow stopped me the bad behavior. In the long run I hope it will do the trick with xylitol to re-mineralise my old teeth .
