for some reason, this kind is cheaper than the others, but I was hesitant to get it because I was scared the cinnamon would burn, but it was actually kind of more on the sweet side so I would definitely buy this again!

I like the more gentle cinnamon flavor of Act because I’m not a big fan of the Mint flavor of most mouthwashes. This does not burn my mouth out like Listerine which certainly works but is too strong for me personally. Although I try to support brick & mortar stores when possible, the pricing and availability in this case is good on Amazon because, unfortunately, the stores don’t stock much less popular cinnamon so there’s not much of a volume discount for us consumers. I recommend this product.

— The cinnamon is cinnamon-stick delicious vs harsh/chemical. The squeeze bottle and “dosing” cap very easy to use.
— SUPER hard to find in brick & mortar stores (metropolitan state capital of California), and a lot of times on Amazon as well. Pre 2017, it was carried in WalMart, and other local, chain supermarkets; but, dwindled in availability to just online can find by 2020.

When I was unexpectedly told that I would need perio care at the dentist pretty much forever; I looked for alternative information and found Dr Ellie on You Tube, and purchased her book “Mouth Care Comes Clean”. I managed to avoid the deep cleaning and antibiotics that kill off many of the friendly mouth bacteria that helps deter bad bacteria entering the rest of the body. I also got my husband on the program. I have now been faithful to the program for over a year and have reinvented my mouth at the age of over 70, The dentist seemed sorry for my choice at first but I actually affected how the office is doing business. I got a saliva test only because I asked for it and was at first told they didnt do that. (Now its apparently the latest “thing” at the practice. buMy test showed that I had managed to subdue an aggressive form of bacteria that can also affect the rest of your body. The test also revealed that I am not the most suseptible person for periodontal disease, but I did take aggressive action to improve my dental routine and followed Dr Ellies advice pretty much to the letter. So now the doc says come back in 6 mos to a year for another test. Bonus: I pretty much no longer have much of any plaque in my mouth so need few cleanings overall.

I love this mouthwash because it doesn’t burn, leaves your mouth feeling fresh, and actually does help overall oral hygiene. I am prone to cavities, but since using this mouthwash I have improved my tooth enamel and haven’t had a cavity! Get this mouthwash! you will not regret it.

I never liked the taste of other dental rinses. If you don’t like the taste, you’re not going to use it long enough to be effective. I like the cinnamon flavor and the product contains fluoride. I have used it for many years.

I love that I can measure the appropriate amount with one squeeze. It’s a small design detail that makes dental care fun. The mouthwash itself is excellent and refreshing too. I’ve gotten so used to the design that I can’t go back to using mouthwashes with measuring caps. Highly recommend!

The cinnamon ACT is the best tasting rinse that I have ever used and I will continue to purchase it. The easy to dispense bottle ensures no waste and keeps the contents sanitary. I just dispense the small amount in the squeeze top of the bottle and pour into a small cup. Love this product and I hope it is never discontinued!
