Ich habe mir die Aestura Atobarrier Cream geholt, weil ich einen kleinen „Unfall“ mit meiner Retinolcreme hatte. Die Folge davon war leider eine komplett zerstörte Hautbarriere. Meine Haut war gerötet, hat gebrannt, sich geschält und war sehr sehr trocken und schmerzhaft. Ich benutze hauptsächlich nur Korean Skincare aber keine meiner Cremes hat geholfen. Die Aestura Creme = der heilige Gral! Ich habe die Creme erhalten und noch am selben Tag morgens und abends aufgetragen. Dabei hat meine Haut weder gebrannt, noch hat die Creme meine Haut unnötig irritiert. Am nächsten (!!!) morgen war meine Haut wie ausgewechselt! Sie war nicht mehr gerötet oder tat weh und meine Skincare konnte ich ohne Probleme auftragen. Meine Haut war weich und hat nicht gespannt oder war trocken. Nach einem weiteren Tag war meine Hautbarriere wie neu – quasi so wie ich sie kannte. Ich kann euch die Creme also nur wärmstens empfehlen. Man braucht auch nur eine erbsengroße Menge für das gesamte Gesicht, da sich die Creme gut verteilen lässt und sehr ergiebig ist – daher finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch mehr als okay, da ich sicher Monate brauche bis ich alles verbraucht habe (der Preis ist ja nun auch nicht der günstigste).
Ich benutze sie nun weiterhin jeden Tag morgens und abends, was mir besonders jetzt in der kalten Jahreszeit bei Schnee sehr zu gute kommt. Die Creme fettet auch nicht unnötig – ich habe normalerweise einen trockenen Hauttyp (mit ab und zu fettiger T-Zone) wobei andere Pflegeprodukte eher dafür gesorgt haben, dass meine Haut fettig anstelle hydriert wurde. Zudem ist sie geruchlos, was ich sehr mag.
Fazit: ich kann sehr verstehen warum diese Creme in Korea so beliebt ist! Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

This moisturizing cream is very hydrating. It works well with other serums and under my make-up. I like that it feels light on my face but it is still very moisturizing. I have not had any problems with redness, acne or bumps, my skin is sensitive and I have rosacea. I love the light scent it has, and I don’t find it greasy. I have pretty dry skin and I was surprised by how long this lotion kept my face moisturized! It’s cool seeing the beads kind of melt into my skin and I also like how the packaging is travel-size friendly.
But like the other reviews here, I would probably use this as a night moisturizer because it does feel a little too moisturizing in the day time unless you have super, super dry skin/ live in a dry environment. I brought this cream with me when I traveled to a relatively humid environment and I think my skin got clogged up and it became a bumpy texture because it got TOO moisturized, so be sure to patch test!
I’ve been using the Cerave moisturizer on my face before I tried this one out. And after patch testing it for a few weeks, I don’t really see any physical differences between the two moisturizers to be honest. They both moisturized and hydrated my face overnight and the texture is pretty similar. Since I didn’t see a difference on my skin, I might stick to Cerave because it’s a bit more budget friendly.
Overall, I’m glad I tried this product out! I think this is a great moisturizer because it does get the job done and it kept my skin moisturized for a long period of time.

I am 55 and one year post hysterectomy. My skin completely changed in menopause. It lost elasticity and hydration. I bought very expensive creams trying to help my skin. This one is a fraction of the cost and is actually working. The results are so good!! After four days of use I am hooked. My skin looks plump, hydrated, and bright. Do not hesitate to try this. It doesn’t smell great but that really doesn’t matter – what it does for your skin and the increase in hydration makes up for the smell.

My skin is very dry and this product leaves my skin super hydrated! It is not sticky at all imo but if you use too much it can start to feel very heavy on the skin. Less is more with this product, trust me. There is no smell to this cream, and it will last long and even through the next DAY after I apply it at night! I don’t even feel like I need to add any moisturizer in the am. Great for sensitive skin as well.
Cons: might be too heavy for some and lead to some pore clogging. Have noticed that if I use too much!

I don’t understand why I don’t know this moisturizer for a long time. This is so perfect cream texture for my very sensitive acne-prone skin. At first, I hesitated because of the price but with the effect on my skin for only a few times, I would repurchase no matter what. It feels so soothing and yet gives healthy skin a glow from beneath. I bought a lot from Korean Market sellers too and everything they sell is high quality and authentic. Highly recommended!

If you need something for VERY sensitive skin but very nourishing, this is the perfect moisturizing cream for you. I break out all the time with almost any product and this has never broken me out and left me with glassy looking moisturized skin. This may vary for everyone but from someone with hormonal acne and all kinds of scars and redness, this works the best for me! Feels very thick so if you’re not into something like that, then this might not be for you, but in return it leaves my face feeling great at night or during the day whenever I use this!

This is the best cream I’ve ever used, even though I have combination skin it doesn’t make my skin oily or sticky. My skin barrier tends to get a bit irritated with retinol, vitamin c and other actives, but since I discovered this cream, it has been so healthy, waking up in the morning with such a flawless skin!
It doesn’t break me out, it soothes redness and plump fine lines. A little goes a long way, so it’s totally worth the price! No smell at all, so perfect for sensitive skin.
