So disappointed. First, you don’t get the relaxer in the plastic tub that it normally comes in when you buy it from the store. You must supply your own plastic tub to mix the relaxer and activator in. Second, you don’t get the same amount you would if you bought this in the store. You get way less. My hair is not that long. It doesn’t reach my shoulders and normally when I buy this brand in the store, it’s enough, costs less, and at least comes with a plastic mixing tub. This is a rip off!! Will never buy this again.

Thought it was a normal kit relaxer – olive oil one. It’s NOT. It comes in a tacky sachet.

If you have a lot of hair, you might want to buy two or three because it’s really small. It comes in a slim plastic bag. I had to add another relaxer for it to go round my head.

For the reviews stating not enough product… that is on you. It clearly states this is a touch up product amount. Read the details. Works great an it is plenty for a root touch up.
