I love this shampoo but it BARELY lathers. Which is disappointing and unfortunately a dealbreaker for me. I have way too oily and thick hair to use a low lather shampoo. Maybe if you have very soft water this would create some suds.
Volume wise though (and PH wise), this is fantastic.

Very nice leave-in conditioner. Some might find it greasy, but I use it on wet hair, and when it dries, I wouldn’t know it’s there. Smells really nice. Makes hair soft. I use it as a styling agent, actually, because I have curly hair. Repeat user.
