• Consistency and Scent: It has an oily consistency, more like a thick oil serum than a typical lotion. The light honeysuckle scent is pleasant but fades quickly after application.
• Application and Absorption: The balm takes some time to absorb into the skin. Initially, it might feel oily and sticky, taking 10 to 30 minutes to fully sink in. Using a small amount helps prevent an overly oily feel.

Agent Nateur Body Balm arrived well-wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap with a cellophane wrap over the spout. Based on another reviewer saying the product seemed separated as she pumped it out for the first time, I shook the container well and then pumped out the balm. It wasn’t separated. The balm has an oily consistency that was readily absorbed by my skin. The scent smells like a pleasant, light honeysuckle to me, which was barely detectable on my skin 15 minutes after applying.
My skin can react with itchiness or redness to some products, but I had no unfavorable reaction to Agent Nateur. The balm feels soothing and highly moisturizing after application. My favorite thing is that this balm leaves your skin with a dewy, healthy glow. While I used it on my arms for the photos, I plan to only use this product on my face from now on. Due to the steep price tag, I don’t feel comfortable using the balm on large areas of skin because I’ll go through it too fast.
On my face, this balm seems to instantly plump up my skin, leaving it looking less lined, glowing and more youthful. This product’s effects on my skin feel high end.

I like to experiment with lotions and my other usual personal care products, and this was for sure an experiment. It’s not just putting on and moisturizing, its a body balm meant to be a part of your whole routine, and thats what I had to do to get the best results.
Bottle came in good condition safely, and the bottle itself is a minimal & clean design, all the directions said was to use it on any part of your body, even face if wanted. I decided to test it on my hands and arms for a few days.
The first day I used it like a regular lotion, which this is not. It felt like a thick layer of oil was left on my arms, no matter now much i rubbed it in. Not the best feeling and I ended up rinsing it off.
Then I researched how other people use it and tried it that way. After my shower I put it on my arms, still felt like it was a big layer of soap on me, but I left it to dry. It did take a while to fully dry, 30 or so minutes later it was all mostly moisturizing and soaking into my skin. THAT’S when you notice the difference and realize what this does.
Results: Left my skin feeling very soft, there is a slight good smell to it soon after you apply it on you and goes away soon after. My skin still feels soft halfway through the day and 100% helps with my dry winter hands and arms. I still wouldn’t use it on my hands or face because you have to leave it to dry so you can’t really do anything while waiting that time. Only use a small amount, maybe half a pump for larger areas like body or legs. There is a bit of a learning curve with this, its not like regular lotion, maybe its better, it sure feels like it! But it’s one of the more unique creams I’ve tried and has amazing results, when you learn you dont need a full pump and know these tips, clean body, small pump, wait, and results!

I was not sure what to expect from a body (balm). The first time I used it, I applied it generously on my body. The same way I would apply lotion or body butter. However, my skin was all oily and sticky. It took my skin more than 30 minutes to absorb it regardless of how much I would try to massage it into my skin. I went to sleep and the next day, my skin felt smooth and soft.
The next time I used it, I only applied a small amount. For example, for my whole leg I only used one pump. My skin was able to absorb the oil much faster. After about 10 minutes it was all absorbed. The next day, my skin felt smooth and soft. Overall, I like this body treatment. It’s important to only use a small amount otherwise you will be oily for a long time.

While I do like this body balm, the price is a bit steep for something that really doesn’t exceed other high end (yet cheaper) moisturizers. This is definitely a bit on the greasy side, though using less still gets quite a bit of moisture and it doesn’t end up as greasy. I’d definitely start small and build when using this because while it does seem to absorb enough to moisturize, it’ll sit heavily on the skin if you use too much. After my first try, I only use this at night because I find it makes me feel too greasy, and that’s a bit disappointing because it does leave a nice healthy shine on the skin and makes you look glowy. It isn’t at all a bad product but for the price, I definitely would not recommend.
