Premetto che ho i capelli mossi e non riccissimi che non arrivano alle spalle. Avevo già provato il trattamento con altre marche dal parrucchiere (la prima volta con un risultato disastroso: capelli secchi e ingestibili, la seconda con ottimo risultato). Ho seguito le istruzioni – alla lettera – e ho impiegato circa 2 ore e mezzo per l’intero trattamento. Mi è avanzato circa il 50% del prodotto. Come fonte di calore per fissare la cheratina ho usato l’asciugacapelli: sono stata 20 minuti sotto il phon!
Ho i capelli tinti (castano scuro), dopo il trattamento si sono schiariti credo di un paio di toni ed è uscita fuori tutta la ricrescita bianca. Ho aspettato una settimana e ho rifatto la tinta (senza ammoniaca) con ottimi risultati.
Oggi sono al 4 lavaggio post trattamento: capelli dritti, morbidi e lucidi salvo qualche piccola onda qua e là ma credo che abbia influito la stanchezza durante il passaggio della “stiratura con la piastra”. Utilizzo comunque la spazzola per metterli in piega dopo l’asciugatura (una passata velocissima) e sto utilizzando i prodotti consigliati per il post trattamento. Unica pecca, almeno per i miei capelli: perdono completamente il volume (il giorno dopo il lavaggio sono completamente attaccati alla testa …).
Infine sull’odore: in effetti non è dei più piacevoli ma è comunque il classico odore dei prodotti alla cheratina; si sente solo sui capelli bagnati, una volta asciugati non si percepisce più.
Ora non resta che vedere quanto dura l’effetto, tuttavia visto il costo (meno di una piega dal parrucchiere) e il risultato dovesse durare anche solo 2 mesi ne è comunque valsa la pena.

This product is great. Easy to apply, does not smell and softens curls as promised. The value for the price, great. I can feel the smooth hair even before using any flat iron. My hair is just below the shoulder and I just had to use half of the contents of the mousse. I have very abundant hair. I am in love and plan to buy more kits in the future.
I had capillar surgery (not this brand) applied to my hair last year while on vacation in my native country. I fell in love as my hair was so smooth for months. I bought another brand before but this one has been the best to soften my “rebellious hair”. I have very frizzy and curly hair which is very difficult to control without any type of treatment. This has worked great.

Really – you have to follow the instructions to the letter. There’s a YouTube video (search Alfaparf Express) which I watched several times before applying this product. Then watched again during.
Wherever you do this, have a window *wide open* coz god knows what you’re inhaling.
Make sure to follow the exact temperature & number of passes with the straighteners the video tells you to. You have to cook this stuff into your hair.
I have thick, frizzy, mixed-race hair and this worked as well as the professional, in-salon keratin treatment I paid a fortune for last year.
I can’t say how well this works on different hair types, but I’ll definitely use it again. My hair is much easier & quicker to dry & style now and stays smooth.

I was skeptical from reading the reviews on keratin treatments as a whole but I just went ahead and bought this brand and it made my curls so manageable. I have 4c hair so it loosened the curls to the prefect texture and it made my hair super straight when heat pressed. My hair had No frizz and it maintained straight without being affected by the humidity. I definitely recommend this brand. I read sooooo many horror stories about keratin treatments but I can gladly say that I wasn’t one. Also, get the shampoo and conditioner because to maintain your keratin treatment you have to have keratin supported products to get the most out of your treatment.

I have always had too much hair that frizzes no matter what I have a frizz halo. No product can keep it from happening and my hair is always tangling when I sleep etc. My hair is too heavy and can’t turn into real curls and a lot of work to blow dry and flat iron so I’ve mostly lived in hair up hair styles or had to braid for heat less curls. This as of day 2 actually works. My hair feels soft and healthy and isn’t puffy. I have to only do a 5 sec flat iron or minor product for very few flyaways which is probably my error not flat ironing enough or no heat when product on. But for the easy version it’s perfect.

So I have twice done an in salon keratin . 200 first time 250 second . I loved the anti frizz hated the price . I was looking for a shampoo & conditioner to use after treatment & seen this brand carried them bought them & on a whim decided to purchase the smoothing treatment . I used it after
my in salon keratin was gone . Super easy application . I used half of product my hair is shoulder length . Amazing results still after two weeks I do use the shampoo & conditioner by same company . This product very reasonable & I can totally do myself & save $$$. I didn’t notice any color pull but to be safe I did this a week before I was due for a touch up . Ordered another kit to have on hand .
Update 6 weeks later seem to be time to redo treatment . I have been using recommended shampoo & conditioner . This second time I did one week after having roots done & it did pull some color out , next time will do a week before roots .

Al principio tenia dudas por algunos comentarios q lei, pero al usarlo siguiendo todos los pasos y recomendaciones del manual el resultado es muy satisfactorio estoy muy contento con el resultado, de tener el cabello crespo y opaco con el uso del producto lo tengo terso y super manejable RECOMENDADO!.

El resultado No es lacio tabla, creo q depende mucho de la complexion del cabello a tratar, personalmente me dejo el cabello alaciado con cuerpo sin frizz y con buen brillo, para mi es un mundo de diferencia.

I have extremely curly fine hair and trying to find a straightening product that won’t damage my hair while loosening its curl can be very difficult. I came across this product while researching keratin straightening treatments that won’t break the bank and came across this one and I am truly impressed. I have gotten the same results at a salon where iv’e paid $130 dollars. I am amazed! It is so exciting to get the results at a fraction of the price and time. I also bought the AlfaParf Lisse Design Keratin Therapy shampoo and conditioner set to maintain the results of this treatment and it has worked wonders keeping the result from fading away. This product worked to well that my fiance noticed the difference. If you are looking for bone straight hair this may not be the product for you, because it only loosened my biracial curly hair into more of a body wave. Although my hair isn’t perfectly straight, it now only takes 30 minutes to dry and straighten my hair whereas before it took me 2+ hours. I have not noticed any hair loss nor breakage. To keep my hair straight I use this shampoo and conditioner in conjunction with Chi Straight Guard and John Frieda’s 3-Day Straight spray. Also, another plus the application did not burn my scalp nor did it make it tingle. The smell was not overwhelming at all. I would highly recommend this product and will buy again and again.
The reason why I give this review 4 stars is because the box does not come with the rest of the tools necessary to complete the straightening process. By this, I mean the plastic gloves to protect your hands during the application process and the plastic camp needed to place over the hair while it is drying.
