I got a rhinoplasty and knew my mouth would be dry, so I was recommended this product. A couple of times I woke up in the middle of the night with my mouth as dry as the Sahara, and sprayed this like 5x and then just kinda smoothed it all around my mouth. It was great and quickly moisturized my mouth, but because it has Xylitol there was a minty aftertaste which kinda made my dry throat hurt. I also noticed that my mouth was still dry maybe 10 minutes afterwards, but these are still so much better than the ACT dry mouth lozenges lol. Would purchase again if needed!

This is not my first time using this spray. Previously I was using the leading product, until recently when I noticed that its taste has changed, or probably it is just that the available stock of the leading product is old stock. It tastes like rancid. At that point I decided to try All Day, which I found to taste good and fresh, and it does the job of moisturizing the mouth for long enough time.

The thickness of this product is perfect for my Sjogrens syndrome associated dry mouth. It’s way better than the Biotene spray. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that it had sucralose as an ingredient, which gives it a taste that I’m not a fan of. If the flavor were different, this would be 5 stars. But I just can’t get over the taste. 🙁

I’ve been using this mouth spray for years. I like the compact size to keep in my purse and one on my night stand. It helps with dry mouth for quite awhile after a few pumps. I get it included on my Subscribe-and-Save list, so it’s always on hand.

this spray is thicker than most others a sray or 2 then swish it around your mouth and it lasts , most other sprays are more liquidy and do not last as long . This small bottle will lat me 4 or 5 nights Others this size will last 1 night if lucky this spray really works at least compared to all the other products I have tried . my go to dry mouth spray from now on , the 4 bottle package is perfect , lasts over 1 month
