Why is this interesting? Well the presentation was a little questionable. Kind of came in crapped up. It left my face feeling like there was a film on it and I’d rather just use a makeup wipe to remove makeup rather than put this on and then have to wipe it off.

I finally decided to try the Alpha-H Melting Cleansing Balm after eyeing similar products, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the results. Firstly, it has a delightful scent that makes my skincare routine a more enjoyable experience. The texture is smooth and luxurious, making it easy to apply.
One of its standout features is how effortlessly it removes makeup, leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. However, I did notice that it struggles a bit with mascara removal, but that’s not a deal-breaker for me, considering its overall performance. In my opinion, the Alpha-H Melting Cleansing Balm is a worthwhile addition to any skincare routine, leaving you with clean, soft, and radiant skin.

Is this stuff expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? YES! Absolutely yes. I had no idea what I was missing out on. This cleansing balm is fantastic. Smells amazing, and goes on so well. I was nervous when first trying, because it feels like you’re applying coconut oil to your face. Had some concerns that it would be hard to wash off. Not the case at all. Make up just melts away, and it completely removed ALL traces of my eye makeup. Something that is hard to achieve even with vigorous scrubbing at times. I like to rinse it off with a warm washcloth. There is zero oily residue left behind. My skin is soft, moisturized, and has a beautiful glow to it. The perfect way to end a long day with a full face of makeup. I’m hooked.

This is a very nice cleansing balm, that feels nice massaged into my skin, and leaves my skin soft and clean after rinsing it off. There’s no added fragrance, and you just get a nice clean ingredient smell as you use it. I’ve used Korean cleansing balms in the past, and I feel that this product is comparable. I can’t say that I feel that I get a better user experience with this balm than balms I’ve used in the past, though, and this is definitely a higher priced version. And as a bit of a lazy person, I have to say that I would prefer a squeeze tube to a jar, so that I can leave this in the shower for easy use. Otherwise I have to put it on and massage my face before I get into the shower, and deal with slimy hands trying to open the shower door. Or I have to rinse my hands before getting into the shower. Either way, it just feels like an extra couple of steps that I would rather skip at the end of a day when I’m tired. But overall, it is a nice product that does break down the products on my face that are waterproof or water resistant, for a fresh feeling clean.

The Alpha H | melting moment cleansing balm was a delight to review. This balm to oil cleanser is packed with nourishing ingredients and essential oils to help break down and melt away your makeup, SPF, and any grime left on your face at the end of the day. It’s made in Australia.
It does a fantastic job at removing makeup and SPF. Once you begin rubbing it into your skin, it melts into an oil, binding all the makeup with it. Once you’ve massaged it in well, you simply rinse off with warm water. Some people like to follow up with their regular cleanser after using a balm, and I’m one of those people. However, I’m not entirely sure it’s necessary with this product.
After using, I soaked a cotton round with micellar water to see if any more makeup would come off- and there was literally nothing left. I only double cleanse because I don’t want the oil sitting on my face all night. Water alone does not remove it all.
This balm has no added fragrance, but is lightly scented due to the essential oils. It’s a lovely, earthy, orange peel scent.
My skin does not always like cleansing balms, but I can say that this one did play well with my fickle skin. I did not experience any irritation or breakouts after using it. It left my skin feeling very clean and was not drying. This jar should last quite a long time, as it takes very little to cover your face.
If you’re looking to try a new cleansing balm, I vouch for this one. It really does it’s job!

This is the second product I have tried from Alphah and I absolutely love both of them! Their products are made in Australia and have very pure, natural, and effective ingredients. This cleansing balm is beyond belief wonderful!
I use it in the shower in the morning and before bedtime. I usually just use it on my face, neck, and chest, but some days I love using further around my upper body (like my arms, chest, underarms, and torso) and I’ve even used it all over my body. Sometimes I just use it on my feet when I have that itchy feeling – so wonderful right before bedtime!
The consistency is wonderfully creamy. It feels a little oily, but not too oily and it rinses off really easily. It is a beautiful light orange color from the turmeric. But don’t worry, it won’t stain because it is a just a little turmeric and rinses right off. It has a wonderful light, natural scent from essential oils (orange, ylang ylang, vanilla, and lemon). It has a fresh citrus-vanilla scent with just a bit of earthiness from the ylang. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and refreshed and a light, delicate scent on my skin that is not overpowering.
This comes in a 3 oz jar and a little bit goes a really long way. You will be surprised how little you need and how long the jar will last. And for that reason it is a really great price! Well worth the money for the quality ingredients and the amount you get! Love it!!!

Such a great facewash. It has a mild orange scent and a slight pumice texture to it so leaves your skin soft and clean.
It comes packaged well and has a nice look to it. I have sensitive skin and am prone to dry/red spots from more aggressive face washes. This has given me zero issue in the last few weeks of use.
