It definitely softens whatever you put this oil on. Only need very little for the entire face or it leaves my face kind of oily. I can’t speak to the long-term effects, but my initial impression is all positive. It’s a great moisturizer.

This facial oil smells very expensive, like far more expensive than the stated price here. The oil itself is a treat for my skin. It doesn’t feel like your typical facial oil, greasy and runny, no. It feels like it was infused with gel like component, so it has a cushiony velvety body to it. It goes on the skin like silk and absorbs nicely, leaving my skin soft, smooth and plump. This oil goes nicely directly after washing and toning, but it also plays well with my other serums and skincare products. I wore it over two other gel like serums and everything absorbed well and didn’t pill. Less is more, however. One or two pumps, that’s all you need for face and neck. The scent is heavenly. I really love this facial oil and will repurchase in the future.

Not sure what pink algae is or how it helps to lighten dark spots or smooth fine wrinkles, which this facial oil claims to do. Found it way too oily. I use it on my feet and cover with socks, however, and it definitely softens the skin on that part of my body.

I love this Alpyn oil and was so happy to find it on Amazon, since I have other purchase options instead of credit at Sephora or another luxury cosmetic store. Product sinks into my skin and after only a couple days I noticed brighter skin and a healthy glow. I use it at night because oils don’t work on my skin during the day with makeup.

I have combination skin but lean more towards the drier side, so I wasn’t sure how this face oil would work for me, but I wanted to give it a try. It has a sweet scent that is noticeable but not overpowering. When I first applied it to my skin, it felt like I was applying water, but as I rubbed it in, it became slick like oil. It did feel oily for a while until it fully penetrated into my skin. After about 30 minutes, my skin no longer looked oily. Instead, it felt soft and hydrated. Overall, I’m pleased with how this face oil has worked for my skin.

I’m impressed with the combination of ingredients in this Alpyn Clarifying Facial Oil. The mix of antioxidants, gentle chemical exfoliants and retinol leaves my skin looking so much smoother and more glowing. I prefer to using this in the evenings in place of a moisturizer since it is oil based and tends to sit on the skin for awhile after application. It doesn’t feel greasy, but does leave a sheen, so I like to use at least an hour before I plan on going to bed to give it time to absorb. The scent is slightly sweet, mild and not bothersome. I love how soft my skin feels the morning after using this!

This facial oil from Alpyn Beauty offers many beneficial ingredients combined with a wide range of oils. It feels very oily on my skin and doesn’t seem to absorb well. That’s fine at night but not ideal when I want to wear makeup during the day. The ingredient list does sound lovely, though. It also contains retinol, although it doesn’t tell what percentage. This matters because if you are not used to using retinol, it can bother your skin if you use it too much too quickly. I found that a tiny amount spreads very well so the bottle should last a long time. Overall, I think this facial oil holds promise and would be a good addition to a skincare routine.
