Love this. My scalp is cool. Shampoo smelt great. Instantly after shower my hair brushed threw better than ever. Downfall, the dispenser is horrible! Barely came out. I had to struggle to have anything come out. I hope it works tomorrow:(

I love the look of the bottle and smell when you press the button down and the foaming conditioner comes out! Although the top is more similar to what shaving cream is like, you are able to control how much you get! You definitely need to use the Shampoo and I always have the scalp oil in addition to the hair mask! I love Amika and all their products!
Hair Type: medium length (below shoulders), lightly colored with low lights, oil scalp and dry ends.

I don’t know because the product doesn’t come out from nozzle at all. Disappointing because I like Amika products. I’m not going to try another can though, it’s not worth it. I wasn’t able to get a refund the usual way because it said the product is not eligible for return, even though I had selected the option for defective product. My blood pressure started to rise, so I went to the customer service option and was able to get a refund by using the messaging assistant. I selected all the same options while using the messaging assistant, so I don’t know why it worked that way and not the other, but I thought I’d include this in case anyone else has the same problems with the product and with requesting a return/refund.

I saw this product on a YouTube review and decided to give it a go. I am so happy I tried! I bought the conditioner along with the amika reset shampoo and the Amika reset pink charcoal scalp cleansing oil. Love ALL 3 products. I’ve suffered from issues with scalp build-up for years. I’ve tried it all from Natural treatments; tea tree oil to baking soda to apple cider vinegar and all the shampoos in-between! This has worked wonders and literally smells better than anything I’ve ever used. As long as they keep making this, I’ll keep buying!

The dispenser was clogged before I even used it? Kind of weird. It gets caught sometimes and doesn’t dispense well but the product itself is my favorite conditioner ever- great scent, so fresh and almost minty
