So disappointed!! I love this product and was so disappointed to see the box arrive saturated in the product. The bottle was packaged inside a plastic seal top bag. The top of the bottle was not screwed on and the bag was not sealed allowing the entire contents of the bottle to leak out. This stuff is not cheap. I’ve asked for a replacement, but have not heard ANYTHING back. It’s very convenient to purchase liquid haircare products from Amazon, but what’s the point if they arrive empty and the company won’t respond to a replacement!!
Update: AND, I’m still waiting on a response… 8/24/24

This is a great product. The only catch is that a considerable amount of product has been leaked out when arrived. The tops aren’t screwed on tight enough.

Smells fantastic, I use this product the day before my wash days and it gives my hair life back for a day or two. I could also see how this would be great fresh out the shower and then styling your hair afterwards.
