I use this face wash every day in the evening and love it. This is my second time buying it, and it still doesn’t disappoint. The powder itself melts away under the water so you feel absolutely no grittiness when washing, and the formula is gentle yet effective. I could probably do it twice a day if I really wanted to, and still have reasonable soft, moisturized skin: it’s just that gentle of the an exfoliate. Nothing has tackled my tough skin texture like this product, though.
And let’s talk about the bang for your buck. I know the price point looks daunting. BUT using it once daily, I bought a bottle a couple months before my nephew was born, and he’s turning one in a couple days. I should throw it a party too, it’s still going strong. I bought another one to keep in my travel bag and nothing has changed about the product whatsoever.
I have seen others complain about the bottle redesign but I have had no issues with the bottle and have always been able to get the perfect amount out without hassle. If you can afford the splurge, buy this now!

I love AmoirePacific products, especially this enzyme cleanser. I use it to take off my makeup and moisturize my face. A tiny little bit goes a long long long way. I put a tiny little bit on my fingers, rub my hands together and then rub it on my face. Works great. If I really feel the need to sluff, I take my face scrubby (Regenerist face scrubber thing with a spinning head) and just work the cleanser in, then rinse. All done. My face feels dewy soft and supple, not overly moisturized or like there is a residue film slime. Is it expensive, heck yes! It is painful every time I have bought a new bottle of their cleansers. I did go for 6 months without it. I tried so many other scrubs and moisturizers and cleaners. My face felt nasty, like no matter how hard I scrubbed or what elixir I tried, I still had funky feeling skin. I even started to break out… pimples, and I am way past pimple age. So, on a whim I bought a bottle and I am not giving it up. I love this stuff, I swear by this stuff, I must have this stuff.
So, remember a little goes a long way, heck yes it is expensive and yes you need to try it.

Pros: Works great dissolving makeup without stripping natural oils from face . Leaves a moisturizer on face after.
Cons : Must use tepid to hot water or will not work. Product can get into eyes if removing eye makeup leaving oil in eyes. Product is oily and can get into hair leaving it greasy .
Island Hopper –
This is an awesome face wash. I have been using it for years and it is my everyday morning face wash. It may sound expensive for a face wash, but you only use about a quarter teaspoon in the palm of your hand. Wet the other palm and vigorously rug them together. Lots of lather and a perfect face wash. So a bottle of this will last me almost a year (that’s with once a day use because I use a different product for the nighttime routine). I think this order was for my 4th or 5th bottle.

I use this every morning. A little goes a long way. The large size lasts me about 6 months of daily morning washes. Very gentle but effective. Doesn’t dry out your skin.
