It would be very nice if this product came with a travel bag! At first I was puzzled that the change of voltage was not clearly indicated on the devise until I read ALL the instructions and found that change in voltage takes place automatically! Oh well, you live and learn!! Using the devise itself is easy and it will be put to the test of voltage changing in April.

I am a hairdresser, I used only irons up till now. I got tired of burning my own self so much , I thought I’d give this a try. It is hot enough, the bristles swivel not to burn you. It get hot enough, it never gets stuck in the hair because of the swivel and length of bristles. It is the most fabulous hair product you will ever buy. You will not regret buying it!!! I bought one for my salon as well. The only drawback is that is does not come in MORE sizes. i WOULD BUY THEM ALL. I hope they will in the future. But this size works well for almost everyone.

This is a great curling iron, works well, provides fullness and volume, however the bristles break off easily. I have several areas on the curling iron with no bristles. They break off 3 – 4 at a time. Unfortunately this began happening about 5 months after I bought it so I cannot return it.

I didn’t get a chance to use the hot brush because when it arrived, it had hair wrapped around it. I had to return it. I couldn’t wait to use it tho.
