I was looking for a natural product and came across the Turmeric and vitamin C Enlighten serum. The company accidentally sent me a box of six when I only ordered one. They were kind enough to let me keep them all since it was their mistake. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! The product has sort of a sweet citrus smell and goes on really smooth. I’ve use the number of their other products and have been happy with them as well.

Bought this at Whole Foods the first time around, on a whim – and liked it well enough to order a second bottle from Amazon. This is a very *good* vitamin C serum that you can use every morning. Apply after cleansing, before moisturizer and/or sunscreen.
I bought this while I was out of town, because I’d run out of my SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic serum. I didn’t have an easy way of getting a new bottle of the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic, and happened upon Andalou Naturals brand Turmeric/C serum at a local Whole Foods store. Grabbed it, and you know what? It is an excellent vitamin C serum. If I could rate it 4.5 stars out of 5, I would – because it’s a very good product. In some ways, it’s even better than SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic – because it absorbs quickly. This stuff brightens up your skin like nobody’s business – and it also seems to firm/tighten up skin as well. With Andalou Naturals Turmeric & Vitamin C serum, I don’t need to bother with a makeup primer and over time, it seems to improve the look of my skin – fewer pores, a bit glow-y-er, a bit firmer – it’s just a good thing to have!
I would definitely recommend this product – one of the best skin care items I’ve tried – and very reasonably priced. This is a high-quality product at an amazing price, compared to other (more expensive) products on the market.
Just for the record, I have fairly sensitive skin and this stuff didn’t irritate my skin at all.
If you are wanting to try a vitamin-C serum and don’t want to spend $100+ or more – this is the thing to get. As good or better than the more expensive serums out there. Definitely better than the department store brands and a very close approximation of some of the higher-end skin care products you might find at the dermatologist’s office.
Very happy with this – one of the best vitamin C serums on the market.

I’m always looking for the purest skincare regimen. Andalou has a lot of great options that keep my skin looking good and preventing (most) breakouts. This serum is moisturizing and comes in the cutest glass bottle. It is labeled a 3 on EWG website, so that’s good enough for me compared to what I used all throughout my younger years. I can put this on morning and night followed by a moisturizer and apply make up after without issue.

I can tell you right away that this is an excellent product; I tried it for the first time this week, and One pump is enough product, it has a great consistency and smell. I was looking for something that has Vitamin C, helps restore skin after sunburns/damage, and is antiaging and it took me a while to find this serum that has EVERYTHING I need. However, I wish the bottle had been larger. If I notice any changes to my skin, I will update.

I’m not sure this serum did anything for my skin since I’ve started using it. It smells nice but it doesn’t leave the skin hydrating or feel as if anything’s even been put on it. ALTHOUGH I’m not into thick heavy creams or serums it seems this one wasn’t thick or creamy enough, again it smells nice but really didnt do much.

Out of packaging, the product itself(the bottle) had some of the words chipped a little. Not an issue because shipping can be the issue. The serum smells delicious, like you just sliced a fresh orange and your nose just goes wild. The consistency of the serum was smooth and easily absorbed. It feels so light on my skin and it just has a high quality to it. Again, the smell was my favorite part of the product as I love having a fresh smell. I would highly recommend this product!
