What I received looked like it belonged in the trash. The box was crushed and the item was in worse condition. It was so damaged the lid didn’t close the hood looked like some had dragged it down a street, the cord was hanging out which gave me even more reason to believe I had gotten someone else’s return.

I’ve had this dryer before and liked it but this new one I purchased is just not up to par. The hood doesn’t stay up on its latch and I have to either hold the hood with my hands or rest it on my shoulders so my whole head of hair can dry evenly. It still dries my hair but it’s not very hands free, which defeats the purpose of being a hood dryer.

I like the hair dryer. It does take awhile to heat up. I usually get Conair hooded hair dryers. I decided to try this one. If I had to do it again I would have gotten Conair. This one is a little flimsy. It drys my hair so it’s fine.
