This product is great but This Night Guard is kind of big but It’s comfortable to wear and helps prevent grinding or clenching. Simple and effective, it’s a great choice for basic teeth protection. I would suggest wearing the bottom teeth one only since the upper one is a little bigger.

I tried two other brands of guards, but found this one best because of the soft, pliable material it is made of is comfortable enough for wearing the entire night while I sleep.
