Compact, easy to use – is how I describe my first ultrasonic toothbrush experience. It’s a game-changer compared to the various vibrating brushes I’ve tried before; the ultrasonic technology just seems more effective. The water flosser is a great addition too, packing a good punch. Initially hesitant about the black color, I now find it gives a sleek, contemporary look. I’m really pleased with this buy, especially since it includes a two-year supply of brush heads, and the replacements are quite affordable.

I got my fancy new toothbrush after owning a Philips sonic for many years. I had gone to a manual brush but started to notice some buildup and things weren’t looking as good as they could. I came across this on Amazon.. the price was right, the reviews were good and it looked pretty cool. So I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed! (At this point anyway)
Almost right away, I noticed that it was doing a much better job of cleaning than my manual brush. It was a little unsettling at first because as the brush vibrates, it can be a little unsettling at first and feel very strange. You do get used to this!
Sadly, almost 1 month later the motor started to die on me. It should be noted that my teeth have changed several shades of white during that month. I contacted customer support on December 23rd 2023 with the expectation I wouldn’t hear from them until at least boxing day or farther off. Within a couple of hours I got a response asking for details and invoice information. I was pleasantly surprised! I was shocked that Christmas Eve they contacted me again to verify some details. Everything was quick and smooth and not intrusive at all. I was even more surprised they contacted me on Christmas day to let me know that a refund had been issued and that I should purchase a new one and dispose of this one with the faulty motor. I felt so bad I actually apologize to the customer service rep for having to answer and field my issue on Christmas Day. Lol
It should be noted that sometimes these motors and batteries.. you just get a lemon. As long as the company is willing to stand behind their product, I would not hesitate to order another one from these guys. Does the toothbrush work as good as my Philips which cost hundreds of dollars more? Absolutely! My teeth haven’t looked this good in years. It is also kind of ironic that the main issue I had with my Philips is the motor finally died in it the same way.
If you’re one of those people that sees this toothbrush with no moving parts and thinks it’s not as effective, Google how Sonic toothbrushes work.
So in summary.. the product came quickly, packaging was excellent, presentation and quality seem to be right up there even despite the faulty motor. Customer service is outstanding. Despite my Philips brush being much more expensive, they worked equally as well. I may actually like this one better.
Just a tip for first time users.. do not press hard. You don’t need to. You want the tips of the bristles to basically dance on the surface of your teeth. If you press, the bristles will bend and not effectively clean. It’s actually the tips of the bristles bouncing off your teeth that remove the plaque and do the cleaning. Move the brush very slowly and let the bristles do all the work for you. You should be able to go from one side to the other and back within the 30 seconds before it tells you to move on to the next part of your teeth. The brush should be slightly pointed down (or up) towards your gums. This is so the tips of the bristles get underneath your gum line and poke some of that junk out of there. However, changing the angle on a regular basis also helps hit spots that you might miss on a normal pass. After doing a normal (where the brush is completely horizontal) pass on my teeth, I will sometimes turn my toothbrush totally vertical so that the brush bristles hit my teeth a different way. It does make a difference.

The product was a good deal for my money, as it was 50% off – easy to unpack, instructions were helpful in putting item together , charging , using, and maintenance . I like the case that comes with 2 heads and the additional replacement heads. The different features on the brush make for a full brushing experience and I noticed a whitening difference immediately . The different modes can be a bit tricky to navigate and a little messy but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. Great product, worth the investment in my first toothbrush of this kind.

This toothbrush is great. It has a sensor to remind you not to apply too much pressure while brushing. It’s powerful and has a long life battery so, no need to keep on the charger. Most importantly, it does a great job cleaning. I’ve been using spin brushes and manuals and I noticed no tartar buildup since I’ve been using this Aquasonic. I’m sure that there are other toothbrushes that perform like this one but I’m happy with the performance as well as the price.. I’m super satisfied with the results and will buy the upgraded model when this one gives out which I don’t expect anytime soon.

First off i own 2 of these. I didnt even need a new one, it was just cheaper as far as new brushes and i figured if i have guest or travel im good. This comes with everything you need, i think 6 brushes, a case, charger. The brush has i think 5 modes, my fav is clean and whiten. This thing is powerful, and breaks up the brushing experience in 30 second cycles. After a while it becomes muscle memory and you get used to it. It takes a little long for a full charge, a couple hours, but i mean im brushing my teeth twice a day for a month or two before i have to charge. If im nitpicking, sometimes when brushing, your fingers or mine does sometime hit the button that changes the brushing mode, and then you have to start all the way from the beginning once you pick your mode again. Over all, like i said i own 2 of these, these hold a charge for a while, you get a lot of replacement brushes and its a really powerful ebrush. I recommend for home use, for a work toothbrush and a travel ebrush for sure!

The Aquasonic Black Series rechargeable tooth brush is quite different than the Spinbrush Pros I’ve been using for about 30 years! I like the appearance of the Aquasonic, very chic & sleak with the matte black finish, but the significant differences of the brush require some time for which to become accustomed. The bristle head of the brush is significantly smaller & the body of the brush is very straight with little contour to fit the hand; but the most significant difference is the powerful & swift vibrations of the brush. I’m certain it does an excellent job of cleaning your teeth, but the vibrations felt odd at first & somewhat tickle the mouth, so I’ve been using mine on the “soft” setting, at least until I become accustomed to it. I do like that the brush has several setting/speeds from which to choose & that it comes with a travel case (more hygienic than wrapping your brush in a paper towel in your shaving kit & hoping for the best!). I also noted the brush is more messy than my previous electric brushes–due to the powerful vibrations it produces more foam, I suppose & it is difficult to contain in your mouth while brushing; & whatever you do, do not take the brush out of your mouth before switching it off–it will spatter the bathroom mirror with toothpaste! One of the GREAT benefits of the Aquasonic brush is that the bristle head is completely sealed; so I don’t have to worry about toothpaste & water getting inside the bristle head every time it is used, having to take the head off the brush motor & rinse it out, then reinstall it. I have been using the brush for about two weeks now & have gotten somewhat accustomed to it, & it is still running on the original charge from leaving it plugged in overnight the day I received it! Overall I like it; and since it comes with a travel case & 8 brush heads, for less than $30 it is a great deal!
P.S. I forgot to mention the toothbrush has a timer which momentarily “pauses” the motor after 30 seconds to signal it is time to move to the next quadrant, then after 2 minutes it automatically shuts the motor off; this ensures you spend the recommended optimal time brushing!

I recently purchased this toothbrush to replace a Sonicare, which I had for several years. You can’t beat this one for the price. It works just as well as the high priced competition, and the battery has lasted over two weeks without the charger. I like the multiple heads included, variety of settings, and travel case. The charger is compact and sleek. Definitely recommend.
