The product arrived in a plastic bag and the container was leaking. I have used this before and I have always loved this product but the packaging needs to be better

Saves the color and cleans gently. Conditioner is very light.

I like that this shampoo is towards the thicker side and makes a nice full bodied lather. I also like that the scent is very mild, sort of generic hair salon product smell if that makes sense. Kind of like Paul Mitchell scent but if prefer the Mitchell products. But like PM this is also fairly expensive and therefore a smaller size bottle. I would get it more frequently is it wasn’t so expensive but it’s a good shampoo.

The product is great but the last several times I’ve ordered it from Amazon, the product has leaked. This time, it leaked more than 50% of the shampoo. It looked as though someone ripped a hole in the inner packaging to drain the leaked shampoo.
Amazon should consider packaging it in a box to maintain the integrity of the product.
