It took me a couple tries to figure it out but once I did, it worked amazing, We’ve used a curling wand in the past and this is way better. Curls in half the time without the fear of burning my hand or head. Used it on my neck length hair and my daughter’s medium length hair. It’s our new favorite hair tool. Definitely recommend!!

This product advertised a simple procedure. In reality it takes longer than using a traditional curling iron and produces worse curls. My hair gets tangled up in it each time leaving knots. The last time I used it it got so tangled and would not release the hair, we had to unplug and use a screw driver to disassemble the iron and get my hair out. Do not recommend for long or thick hair.

This tool does a very good job and my hair feels very soft.
Just be careful not to take your strand too thick as it will get stuck in the cavity.
If that happens just pull the plug immediately and slowly unroll your hair from the tube.
Other than that once I got the hang of manipulating the iron it got easier to use….takes a little get use to.
I must say I like it a lot, the hair doesn’t get hot and it last for 2 to 3 days.

Mi cabello esta super corto, estaba canzada de buscar un rizador perfecto y me daba miedo comprar uno como este por que nunca había usado algo parecido, vi las reseñas y me anime, me han superencantado, solo precionas esperas el beep y sueltas u listo, tiene para elegir que temperatura quieres depende la que elijas seran tus chinos, puedes elejir cuantos segundos por vez quieres,y para que lado quieres tus roles. Lo recomiendo 100%, vale la pena la inversion.

I debated on 2 or 3 stars, but went with 3 because it does work as advertised and seems to be good quality. But it’s harder to use than a regular curling iron with no benefits over one that I can tell. The issues:
1. You will need some decent spatial reasoning skills in order to use this. You have to select the direction it turns and then load the hair in the proper direction. I’m pretty good in this area and was able to do it with only a couple mistakes. But idk if the average person will be very successful.
2. Sometimes it gripped the hair well and I got a great spiral curl, but sometimes the hair was loose in the barrel so it didn’t curl as well. I didn’t figure out the cause.
3. It comes with very minimal instructions that are really not helpful. Twice I had the lock of hair get stuck. One of them I was able to wriggle free, but the other was REALLY stuck. Nothing in the instructions addressed this issue. I turned the iron off because I was afraid it would fry my hair while I tried to figure out how to free it. Eventually I decided I needed to try reversing the barrel direction even though I was afraid that could make the situation worse. I turned the iron back on and did a quick tap in the reverse direction and that worked. Phew! That was the nail in the coffin for me.

I have a rare disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have limited mobility in my hands. Twisting my hair around a curling iron is difficult for me, but this is a different story. It’s very easy to operate and works great. It is really cool to watch because it winds the hair around it all by itself. The key is using a small lock of hair. Fortunately, it comes with a guide tool so you know the perfect amount of hair to use.
