届いてびっくり
ファスナー付きビニール袋の中に商品が入れられてるだけで
なんの梱包もしておらず漏れないようにキャップをテープで巻くなどの工夫も全くしておらず
小さい箱で横向きに入れられており
ビニールの中で液体がこぼれベチャベチャでした
量も減っているだろうし何よりも体に使うものなのにこんなにいい加減な梱包で安全性は大丈夫なのか不安です
返品できるか只今問い合わせ中ですがこのような梱包では漏れることがわかると思うのですが
もっと丁寧に梱包してほしい

Looks like the rebranding comes with a new formula as well… which is not as good overall. Less fragrant, more diluted.

Love that this is a natural alternative to body wash without the bad chemicals! It smells great, cleans well and doesn’t irritate our skin! We have been using this quite a while now, it’s our go to soap. My husband uses it as shampoo as well and it’s not drying.
