This smells so good!! It does take the build up out of my hair, but it also faded my hair color. That was disappointing, but after thinking about it I’m not surprised. I will continue to use it, but only when it’s time to color again. The lemon scent is so refreshing, makes a great body wash!

I hadn’t tried a clarifying shampoo before, but it has made my hair so shiny and soft! I have 2A wavy hair, dry and prone to frizz and this has had a huge effect. The lather is good for the lack of the bad ingredients that cause lather. Listed pretty high on EWG’s ratings. Smells good as well.

This shampoo is organic. It makes a lot of suds, and cleans my hair perfectly, but does not dry it out. Also, if you like the scent of Lemons, you will love this shampoo. It has a very strong Lemon scent, which I like. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love Avalon Organics products, so when I needed a shampoo to break down residue on my hair, I got this. I love the scent, which is light and lemony. It seems to be taking awhile to remove the build up – and maybe I had too high of expectations. I will always recommend AO products. Quality ingredients and reasonable price!
