I like the product, what I received of it. Who sends a 33 oz bottle of liquid in a paper envelope? It obviously leaked and was a mess when I received it.

Love this. I used to use the volumizing tonic from Aveda and chanced this one bc it was SO much cheaper. I’m not going back!
The only Con is the instructions say to spray in hair but it only comes with a push plug like a shampoo bottle. I am using an old Aveda bottle and refilling with this.

Product arrived today and when I opened the bubble-wrap package, it was completely soaked inside. (Packaging consisted of a manilla type envelope with padding and then two pieces of bubble-wrap that were free floating in the envelope and not attached to the bottle.
The bottle did not have any cracks or punctures that I can see, but the bottle itself was not sealed (the little sealed cover under the cap, nor was the cap taped shut).
Gave 4 stars due the shipping/packaging. 🙁 Product is otherwise as expected. 🙂
