Recently I started going back to Aveda salon for my monthly facials. I started exploring Aveda web site and this particular product I purchased directly from Aveda. What attracted me to it is that this oil is advertised to be conditioning oil for bath, body and scalp. Lately, I have been experiencing using sesame seed oil and hazelnut oil on my skin so it did not take me long to think twice about trying oil that is a blend of soybean oil, olive oil, safflawer oil and sunflower oil. It also has very pleasing fragrance that is a mix of bergamont oil, lavender oil and rosemary oil. I use it primarily on my body. It has been a rough winter here in Chicago, so I have been moisturizing my body with oil as I found that lotions are not doing enough this winter.
I am planning to buy a spritzing bottle and eventually try this product on hair as well. For 1.7oz bottle it is a steep price for the oil, but I have no regrets for trying it. What I really like about it is that it is multipurpose and can be used for mosturizing, massage and hair conditioning. Definitely a versatile product that also makes a wonderful present.

I use this to take make up off and to moisturize. I keep it on my night stand and use it before bed most nights. My partner loves it too because it makes my face smell so nice at bedtime. I’ve been using it for years and now my 12 year old and partner use it too!

My daughter went to school at Aveda S.A. I was introduced to this at that time. Wonderful stuff & multipurpose. Long day at work & want to soak drop some of this in bath water & omg absolutely most relaxing stuff to soak in & your skin & hair feel amazing. My daughter uses it to take make-up off. On your feet all day put a few drops of this in the foot bath soak your feet & your feet will thank you. Love this stuff it is an amazing product. I will continue to buy over & over.

I’d bought this in the Shampure scent several times, but this was considerably less expensive, so I gave it a try. It is, as before, a wonderfully effective moisturizer after a shower, capturing moisture. It’s not greasy at all because it absorbs so quickly. This scent is pleasant, a bit spicy. I remain a big fan.
