I must be careful when using beads on my skin as they are too rough for my hyper sensitive skin, yet Aveda’s Exfoliant is a gentle liquid that works will with gauze to conserve product or cotton, if that’s what you have on hand. I will never go back to a bead Exfoliant after using this.

I’ve used Aveda products before, but mostly for my hair. I had purchased the toning mist maybe 10 years ago, and now I’m using the whole skincare line. A few months ago I began getting ingrown hairs in my beard region. As soon as one went away, another one appeared. Well this Exfoliant liquid cleared me right up! Since I began using it I have had a total of ZERO ingrown hairs. After the gel cleanser, I apply a generous amount of the exfoliant on a cotton ball and apply it to my whole face, making sure to cover my beard area a few times. Love the smell, and it works great!
