I live in the arid southwest of the US, and sometimes need a little extra moisture. This is perfect any time of the day. I don’t like makeup that looks dry and cake-y, so give a little spritz of this on top of the foundation and it looks so much better. Also use it before make-up application which helps it apply evenly. Really, truly, any time of the day to feel fresh and moisturized without it feeling heavy or sticky.

I’m on my 2nd bottle. It does have a herbal, maybe just vegetable smell, I find it lovely! As a toner, it works very well. I can tell my skin retains moisture much better, and the irritation I normally experience is also down. I recommend it =)

I purchased this off of amazon and it just didn’t smell the same as my other bottle purchased directly from aveda.com
I contacted the amazon seller, but they made the return process complicated, and i would have had to pay shipping back on what seemed to me like a defective product.
I don’t know if the product really does anything, but i do like using it in addition to the matching face wash and exfoliator. In the future since it is so expensive i will probably cut this product out and just use the face cleanser and exfoliator. Like i said, i don’t know if it “works” but it doesn’t make my acne prone skin break out, and it feels good.
