I have silver, curly hair and I wash it every day. I buy cheap shampoo but use really good conditioner. This one smells so good (Moroccan Oil is another favorite) and it leaves my hair soft but still curly and hydrated. I take a small amount and use it as a leave-in conditioner ,then add gel to still sopping wet hair. I get compliments on my hair and the smell of my hair all the time.
