I’ve ordered this spray 3 times so far. Love the way it balances out my skin tone, especially in the Ohio Fall and Winter months when I lose color. I would recommend making sure your face is moisturizer, exfoliated regularly and a facial. I noticed when a facial was needed the spray adhered to the pores on my nose more and looked like little dots. I also tend to use the back of my hand or tanning mit to pat my face after spraying on. This helps with blending. Also try spraying not only the face but the decollote’, ears, and the neck area to behind your ears so you are balanced out.
Note: Watch the upper lift with sweating it can make the spray move around a bit when you first apply. Around the mouth area like mustache area I had to apply more often for some reason.

So first of all I am extremely pale. I’m like the second or 3rd from lightest shade in most foundations, sometimes the lightest. Also, I kinda did everything wrong because I haven’t applied a self tanner by myself for years. First of all I had showered and exfoliated the day before because I read one person’s advice that said that was best but that definitely wasn’t on these instructions which I read after I already started applying it…don’t judge me. So I had a towel spread out, plastic gloves, the mitt and a hand towel all ready to apply thinking it was gonna be like the last mousse I used where u can see it immediately…it’s not. So once I applied it too my feet and couldn’t see it I freaked out and started adding more, then I thought it was too much so I squirted lotion on my feet and rubbed that in then I was full blown panicking but I thought I’m already past the point of no return so let’s just do this. I tried to rub it in with the mitt but slowly the color did start showing up and it looked streaky with the mitt so finally I tossed the mitt in the sink and just started rubbing it in with my hands. My husband was laughing at me and it was terrible. I was SURE I was gonna end up looking like an orange tiger. To my amazement and bewilderment 2 to 3 hours later the color developed and looked even! I don’t even know how they did that with this formula but I got in the shower as per the directions where some of it washed off and the next day I looked like a living breathing human being instead of a vampire. Anyhoo these are my legs next to my dogs legs on the second day. I’m gonna apply more tonight but at least I think I’ll have an easier time. There were a couple slightly darker spots on dry patches of skin I have but since the color isn’t super dark to begin with they really aren’t very noticeable. Long story short great product..not too sure about the mitt tho.

As some of the reviews stated, this does go on with a slightly dark brown/ green “dirty” look to it. But to me, that really helped me determine where I had applied the product to already on my body .
It washes up nice , no weird colouring . Initial dark,dirty look gone . I left on over night everytime I used it so far (3) and I wouldn’t say that it applied too dark , just right. Doesn’t smell too bad. The mitt is a bonus.
This was perfect for what I was looking for , an easy natural looking bronze that doesn’t break the bank.

I really like this self tanner. Absolutely no orange streaks. The product has a green cast before you rub it in, then turns a nice sun kissed golden tone.
It does have a self tanner smell, which I don’t love, and will rub off on clothes if you don’t shower after you have left it on the amount of time stated. It does not stain though, washes out in the laundry. I’ve tried the long lasting one once, but haven’t really needed it.

does give that orange colour, the glove is lovely and easy to hand wash, I have very light olive tone skin and this product I leave on overnight then shower and it looks natural and lovely. It also fades evenly you dont need a remover product. Doesnt rub off on sheets or
clothes after drying on your skin.

I like this very much for my face. I put it on twice a week it dries really fast then I put on moisturizer or sunscreen. It give me a nice little touch of tan you can do it more often for darker tan. I love it

Thought I would give it a shot for the price. Never expected this good a result. Went on real easy with the mitt, smooths very easily. Waited 8 hours before showering, and the tan was super good looking. Tried it on two other people, and they both had fantastic results. Did four uses, and still have half the bottle. Tanned has remained so far for at least ten days. Buying two more bottles.

I’m not orange. It doesn’t have a super strong smell but it is faint. Legs have 2 coats on them. The rest of my body has one layer on. I used the B.tan forever and I used the b.tan mitten and the “we’ve got your back”. For my face I used a foundation brush and went sparingly, blending all over my face and down my neck, chest and any other spot that needed a little touch up.
Pro tip, don’t forget to do your ears ( I used the foundation brush to do that too.)
I did this after my kids and husband went to bed. I applied to my legs 1st, let it set an a couple hours, rinsed in cool water. Then I used it all over my body and face. And went to sleep in it. When I woke up, I rinsed off in the shower (about 45-90 seconds to rinse off the greenish application color) I did not exfoliate or anything. When my husband saw me he said, wow.. that looks really good, actually!! He had his doubts. 😂 He’s seen me in a dark spray tan for our wedding and then again for our honeymoon in Mexico but it’s been years and years since I spent money on a spray tan
We have 2 kids and 1 income (mom guilt is so real!!) So, me spending money on myself for a spray tan wouldn’t happen but for $10 I can look this tan. Okay!! I’ll probably put another application on the rest of my body when I don’t have to put clothes on right away and I think I’ll be happier. I do wish it was a little thicker. I lost some on the floor because it fell off the “we’ve got your back” applicator. I also dripped some on a really light blue shirt but rinsed in cold water immediately and put some Mrs Myers soap on it and let it set wet over night. Put it in the washer this morning and it came out, to my surprise!!
Pros:

-No orange umpa loompa color
-Very light sent
-Little to no color transfer to other fabric
-Dries pretty quick
-Not sticky afterwards
-No UV damage
Cons:
-You do need to have time to do it
-It did make my skin feel more dry
-A little itchy until rinsed but nothing that wasn’t tolerable.
I’m very curious to see how long this will last. I feel like there isn’t a ton left in the bottle so if I can’t get at least 2 decent tans out of it, it will loose the affordability aspect for me.

This is just an honest review from a stay at home mom of 2!! Also, I always apply some sort of cornstarch based powder to myself after any tanning applications. It definitely helps in the areas like under the bum, behind your knees, inner elbows (the ditch), under cleavage, around belly button, basically anywhere you might sweat or have clothes rub. Don’t forget to shake the bottle very well before each use 😉

Just get it, if you’re on the fence just buy it. I’m out fades beautifully. Just like a natural tan would fade. ZERO WEIRD SPOTS. I also noticed that when I’m in the floor with my toddler, my knees are still tanned after being on the carpet. I’ve spent 3Xs the $$ on a spray tan that literally rubbed off on carpet. This stuff doesn’t do that at all.
I got no weird spots, even though I thought it was very uneven. Once I did the 1st rise, everything looked smooth and even. This stuff is like stupid proof!! You don’t have to know what you’re really doing and you’ll still get a great tanned. I can’t rave about this stuff enough! My 1st review 6/8/23. Today is the 21st and I’m still tan.. it’s just fading so beautifully. I’ll probably reapply before I go on vacation in a couple of weeks so that way the tan will last me my entire vacation with just one application!! I’m just so excited about this.
I did NOT receive anything for anyone for this review. Just my honest opinion, busy mom, very pale naturally, I burn so easily in the sun. I’m changing my 4 star review to a 5 star because of how nicely it fades away. We all know, this will make or break a sunless tanner. And again, ZERO ORANGE color.

I’ve tried quite a few self tanning products in the past. They’ve usually cost $50+ for just the tanner. I was actually just looking for a new mitt and came across this brand, was pleasantly surprised at the price for both the tanner and glove. Way cheaper than I’ve spent in the past and the reviews were pretty good, so I thought why not! I did two coats and let them dry in between. Woke up this morning with dark legs!! I’m pretty fair so this definitely did the trick. No awful chemical smell, went on very easily, glove is a good thick quality too. I was a bit skeptical at first because the solution seemed a lot lighter in colour than others I’ve used and when I applied it, it didn’t look all that dark. But it develops!! So patience is key. I find the colour to be beautiful too. Not orange or green like I’ve seen from other products. Very neutral and looks quite natural on my skin. I will definitely be using this again once my bottle is done. Couldn’t be happier for the price and look! 🙂
