This is exactly what I wanted. Not too stiff and keeps his hair styled all day. He is 3.5 so that’s saying a lot. It smells like watermelon and doesn’t flake. I only used a pea size so hopefully it will last long.

Works great for active toddler boy. He has thick hair and it holds almost all day. Doesn’t look greasy. Smell is fine, no sticky residue on your hands after applying. Ingredients seem all natural per stated. Residual washes right out in the bath.
I’m glad I reconsidered returning/got lazy. I considered returning when the product came because the tin jar it comes in was beat up from shipping. It wasn’t shipped by Amazon in protective packaging – just a bubble envelope. The label looks hand printed, but probably just because the company is just starting out? I did not enjoy the “made in China” sticker. Made me question legitimacy of all natural ingredients but also respected the transparency. But honestly what isn’t made in China anymore? And it’s not like it was advertised as being made in the USA and then came with that sticker. A little pricey but seems like it will last a long time actually so overall probably evens out with products that require more but are cheaper. Will definitely purchase again.

I used this exactly once before it went in the trash. It held my sons very thin, fine hair in place very well and the scent is amazing. I loved it until I gave him a bath that night. My poor toddler screamed and cried in pain as I rinsed this out of his hair, as some of it ran into his eye. When this normally happens he doesn’t scream or cry, this product is what made his eye burn. Otherwise it’s lovely but not going to be using again.
