I recently added this collagen cream to my nighttime routine and am very pleased with the results. Within just a couple days I noticed a plumpness and elasticity, but also firmness, to my skin that wasn’t there before. I read in another review that this collagen cream isn’t a true moisturizer, so I layer Drmtlgy’s nighttime peptide cream over this. I end up getting some pilling from layering the 2 creams, but I don’t mind it because it’s at night and my skin feels soooo smooth and plump. It’s almost a little fun to rub my face to activate the pills and then brush them away (my skin feels ridiculously soft after I brush the pills away), but I try not to do this because I guess I’m probably also rubbing away product.
This collagen cream has a faint smell — which I always think of as an “old lady” scent because it’s what my ex mother-in-law smelled like. But my collagen eye cream has the same scent, so I guess that’s just what any product with collagen smells like. It’s not a scent I would choose to smell like, but it’s not offensive, so not taking any stars off for it. This collagen cream has earned a permanent spot in my nighttime beauty routine and I now have it on subscribe and save — totally worth what I paid and then some!

If you have extremely sensitive skin like I do and are looking for a retinal moisturizer, this is the one my skin will break out and rashes and blisters with so many other products. I’ve tried that have retinol in them. One does not do that. It is silky. It is smooth your make up will go on beautifully over top this moisturizer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you have aging skin highly recommended you will not be disappointed!!!

I liked this product in that it kept my skin moisturized. The scent was fine. I liked the pump until I used it for the last time and didn’t realize it would be the last time. There didn’t seem to be a clear way to know when it would run out. It was at that time that I started to take the bottle apart for the first time and realized that although the product was aesthetically nicely packaged, it gave the appearance there was a great deal more in there than there was. The bottle indicated the correct volume (1.7 oz) on it, but I hadn’t looked at that. My own fault. I still chose to give it 4 stars because of that.

I ordered this product for $19.99 when it went on sale. I’ve been searching for a high quality face moisturizer that’s not ridiculously overpriced. This was my first experience with Baebody brand. I really wanted to be able to judge the value of this moisturizer as objectively as possible.
The issue with cosmetics is that the claims are not regulated by the FDA or any similar agency. There’s no way for consumers to determine the actual quality or consistency of the ingredients. Accordingly, I do not judge products based upon their marketing claims but rather strive to determine their value solely upon my personal experience with each.
Since it takes approximately 8-12 weeks for the epidermal (the outermost) layer of the skin to renew, I figured I would use it consistently during this timeframe in order to accurately assess its efficacy. I ordered 2 jars and used them regularly over the past 3 months… Every morning and night.
I demand high performance from my cosmetics. I’m a hemodialysis RN so I often work 16 hours shifts. Also, it’s summertime in Phoenix, meaning that my skin must endure extreme temperature fluctuations and oscillations between dryness and high humidity. I need products that will last all day, and remain supportive through periods of high physical stress.
I’ve observed an improvement in my skin’s hydration level. The moisturizer seems to penetrate deeply without leaving any residue. It doesn’t make my skin oily and I have not noticed any increase in breakouts. It seems to create a deep, enduring moisture level.
On most mornings, I used this underneath IT Your Skin But Better CC Cream. I also use a small amount of Real Deal Concealer by Laura Geller under my eyes and over any problem areas on days that I work. This moisturizer works really well these products as it seems to help them apply smoothly and makes my skin resistant to dryness throughout the day.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product. I think it’s a fair price for a high quality moisturizer.
