There were no instructions on how to use this tool. I had to watch a YouTube video on proper use. It takes a while to get the flow but once you do it’s pretty easy. I use it twice a day, morning and night. I also purchased on for full body massage. It’s pretty awesome.

I have been using a gua sha for only one week, and the entire process is brand new to me. The first one I bought is made of a high quality resin. However, it feels flimsy somehow. Again, because I am a complete and total newbie, I don’t know if the material makes any difference.
Last night, I decided to order the BAIMEI Icy Me Gua Sha Stainless Steel, and it already arrived. I have not used it, but I am impressed with its weight and appearance. It feels smooth and substantial in my hand. Too, it came in a small, sturdy box, with top notch cushioning inside, and the tool itself was enveloped in a soft, scratch-resistant sleeve. It would make a nice gift.
Based on initial impressions, this is an excellent purchase. After some use, I will come back and add further to this review.
