The tinted sunscreen was like a foundation that provided good, natural looking tone and coverage , but was also moisturizing and providing appropriate sunscreen coverage all in one. Like that it is a bare minerals product as I think that it has fewer chemical ingredients. I applied it over the moisturizer I’ve used for years, and I had no negative skin reactions. I had been applying sunscreen over foundation or tinted mineral powder, but that messes it all up. Now I apply this over the moisturizer, apply eye makeup, and go.

I have been using the bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer for 15 years and has been my go-to for the base of my makeup. I started using this in high school and I still love it today! It is clean, lightweight, and I never feel cake-y at the end of a long day with this on. My skin is extremely sensitive and I deal with hyperpigmentation, but I have never dealt with irritation or reactions with this. It is light coverage while still smoothing out my complexion. I like that it adds enough shade and smoothing to make me feel a bit less dull on days when I don’t feel like wearing any makeup and how good of a base it is when applying more makeup.
I have tried other brands, but I have always come back to bareMinerals for a tinted moisturizer because of the smooth texture, amount of shades available, and the overall feel it gives me with a natural look.

Not only do I love products that you can trust are quality, I love products that go on smoothly! This product is not cakey. It adds a nice light coverage. I like the thinness of the moisturizer and the SPF. I would say the only downside is that I still feel like I need a bit more coverage. So I use this as a pre-moisturizer/SPF and then go in with concealer or bronzer.

I like this tinted moisturiser, it gives a nice healthy glow, I don’t feel like a need to use foundation when I use this and like that it has spf. Hasn’t broke me out so far. So its a winner for me.

This foundation isn’t heavy or light. It’s the perfect inbetween. The shade happens to fit my skin flawlessly unlike other brands. It also doesn’t make me break out which is great. I do think it’s quite a heavy price for a small bottle. For someone who wears make up daily you’d run out quite quickly.

I’ve used Bare Minerals powdered makeups for 20 years, and they are wonderful. It just made sense to try their moisturizer with sunscreen. It matches my skintone beautifully. It takes very little to get full face coverage, which means it lasts a long time. That makes it a good value. The sunscreen strength is just enough for every day living. My skin looks great from the moisturizer.
