I have been using this product for almost a year and I love the way it makes my skin glow. It is so light weight and easy to apply with extra sunscreen or liquid make up!

Love this stuff, just disappointing that I bought it in June & it expires in December! It has amazing consistency, moisture & a natural tint! Also id like to add that when i got this the box it comes in was severely damaged & the product was missing the tamper seal when I unscrewed the top!

So here’s the thing. This is a great sunscreen. Has a little coverage in it, dries down matte. However it’s about $55. Now I think it is worth it if there’s nothing comparable on the market. Darphin, a French brand, makes a very similar product for $26 and it’s on Amazon too. Hum…

I have been using this as a moisturizer before putting on makeup in the morning. I was hoping that since it is tinted, I would not need foundation, but it is very sheer and the color isn’t noticeable at all. As for the brightening effects, I haven’t noticed any difference, but I have used other Vitamin C products before and didn’t notice a difference with any of them, either. The sunscreen in it seems to work well; I used this before a work picnic and my face didn’t get tanned/burned at all (though my foundation also has SPF 30, so this was likely a combination effect).
This does seem to leave a sort of “dewy” finish on my skin, which isn’t my favorite look, but others might like it.
Overall, I think it’s a nice product, but I will not be replacing my usual face moisturizer/sunscreen due to the cost. You can get other nice moisturizers for less.

bareMinerals Skinlongevity Phyto-Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer Mineral SPF 30 has a pinkish tint to it and is supposed to be used as a moisturizer and an SPF. However, on the advice of my dermatologist, I always wear SPF 50, every day, even winter days, cloudy days, snowy days, and days I spend indoors. So I, yup, dumped on more sunscreen.

This product, however, does look good on my skin. It adds a nice sheen to my face, and on the days that I use it, even adding another thin layer of sunscreen, I don’t use foundation on top of it. It’s a very sheer coverage, so don’t imagine that it can take the place of a medium coverage foundation, but if you are comfortable with a whisper-light touch of color, this could work for you. I add blush and bronzer, and I’m good for the day. There’s no white cast at all, and my skin looks dewy and healthy.

I think the price point is a little high, for me at least, since I still have to add more sunscreen. It doesn’t quite take the place of a sunscreen, since I add more. As a moisturizer, it feels pretty good, but I also a serum under all of my moisturizers, and I use a moisturizing serum underneath this one. Just because. It’s already acting as a sunscreen, moisturizer, and a sort-of foundation. It probably needs a boost!

Yes, I’d recommend this, but be aware of the possible shortcomings.

After 55 years of loving the sun, but still doing my part with Sunscreen, I’ve still gotten sun spots.
On a trip to Ulta with my Sister-in-law, we were given testers by a Bare Minerals Rep of this “Brightening” Moisturizer with SPF 30. I have to say I was skeptical, and the Moisturizer isn’t cheap. We both gave it a try, and while I’m not sure if my SIL is still using it, I LOVE this stuff!! While I’m on my second tube (ordered from Amazon for a little better price), a little bit goes along way. I’m still battling the spots, but I feel my skin does look brighter. What do you think?

I will only but this product , it protects and moisturizers my face. Last all day!

Honestly, I was expecting more from this sunscreen. First, I didn’t like care for the herbal smell, which is noticeable. The brightening aspect comes from how greasy it feels and looks on my face. I was hoping since it had a tinted color to it, there would be a bit of concealing coverage. Nope, the light color didn’t do much and just goes on sheer.
