I bought this for before I got a tattoo. I have tried other lidocaine creams for tattoos that did work great. This did not work at all.

Works insanely well – I have used this for trying out eyebrow micro blading and lip blush and I felt nothing. I also use it to numb my jaw before TMJ Botox relief injections. It truly works – fast and effectively although I’d say the effects only last 1-1.5 hours at most (at that point your body makes its own pain reliever so it’s fine).

I purchased this in anticipation of a new tattoo, and decided to try it first while getting my regular Botox injections. These usually barely pinch me, but I just wanted to test the cream. HUGE mistake! While I followed package directions and waited the appointment length of time, not only did this cream not help at all, the pain was way worse than I had ever previously experienced. (I was using the same injectable and the same provider.) Yikes.

The formula has been changed, it worked well, it is now brown, grainy and less effective. Don’t Buy!
It went from a white smooth ointment to a brown grainy goo. It does not provide the relief that it previously had. DO NOT PURCHASE!
I had been using in its original formula for over a year, I was satisfied…. Not any more! Find another brand.

Item came quickly . Arrived today I have patch tested and tried and tried. There is zero numbing. No lidocaine I guess. Is made with Hemp seed oil aloe Vera and camomile. Zero pain relief tho

Inside the lid or top of the box it comes in is a promo code and the promo code does not work. It’s supposed to save you 15% off your next order but when I tried to reorder it and I put the code in it said that it was invalid. Why would they not accept the promo code. Other than that the product works great but a little on the expensive side for what you get

When I first bought this regularly it had a pleasant smell and was white. The last 3 tunes (I was hoping it was just a batch issue) has been cream colored like makeup and smells of chemicals or iodine. If you guys changed the formula you need to change it back. Also it lacks in potency now. It’s not 5% anymore. Probably less.

My spouse is a nurse and recommended that I use plastic wrap to cover and hold the cream in place. Use a generous amount of product and after 40 mins or so, you will feel the numbing. This works as good as the more expensive creams with 5% Lidocaine. You need to protect from freezing – I left mine in the car and the effectiveness that I noticed was much less – prompting me to but another tube of the cream.
