I was a bit hesitant when I order this because I’ve always used Nuetrogenas Tanning spray. I was getting tired of Nuetrogena never having anything available at my local stores as well as on Amazon. Once I tried Beauty By Earth Self Tanning Lotion it exceeded my expectations..I will be a customer for life .

Love love love this product. It gives a very natural glow (I purchased the lightest shade). The product doesn’t leave streaks and offers a seamless blend. I also haven’t noticed any peeling or patches when I’ve used this product. The clean ingredients are a 10/10 as well. Totally recommend!

I like this product a lot! I am quite fair so I ordered the light-medium. It’s a nice colour and not orange on me! I did have a little streaking in some small spots so I’ll try to be more mindful on my next application.
I have vitiligo, and in the summer time it’s more noticeable as some skin tans and the light parts don’t and I find this evens my skin nicely. It also has a nice smell compared to other tanners I’ve tried.
I’d recommend this for sure! I have used it a few times now.

I’ve purchased this self-tanner twice now. I love the results. I do mix it half and half with ordinary lotion to ensure a more even distribution, and find it’s better to do this more frequently than try to achieve dramatic results with a single application.

This is great if you’re tired of using foam. I didn’t use a brush or mit and it didn’t stain my hands as long as I washed them after. Left a good color that lasted awhile. Was slightly orange, but I think that’s because I kept it on over 8 hours.

Have they changed the formula or something recently? Because the first tube I purchased a few months ago I had no problems with at all. I need to apply twice except for my hands and face, stays sticky for hours making it impossible to fully dress, fades and starts getting a yellowish tint after 3 days and washing my face strips the color away almost completely. Does not fade evenly. And applying (self tan friendly) lotion also makes the color fade faster. I’m disappointed, not sure what changed but obviously something has.

This is the best I have ever used. The color is natural (fair/medium) is the color I use. It looks very natural and it stays on for many days. I do not use a mitt to apply but do one leg and then wash my hands and then do the other, leg, arm, wash hands again etc . It will darken your hands if you take too long. A small amount goes a long way. Start off using a nickel size amount until you perfect how much to put on at one time. The lotion is thick and it will take a few times to figure out exactly how much to use. I use a small amount about every 3 days to maintain the even color. If you live in a cool climate (I do not) you probably won’t have to do it every 3 days. It does advise you to use an exfoliating mitt before you apply the first time. I also exfoliate before I reapply the full amount later. I do this and it is strongly suggested. Many of the other brands I have used always have a stinky smell and it gets worse when you sweat. This one does not. It is worth the money. I have used many different high end brands and Jergens, nothing compares to this!!

Love this product. Easy to apply, fragrance is wonderful, and within a few hours you have a beautiful tan without the sun. It’s amazing, no orange, didn’t streak and left skin feeling soft and nourished.

So I just finished my first tube of this stuff. Definitely the best I’ve used in a long time.
The good:
– Solid colour
– Long as applied properly, very little streaking. Back of hands are pretty difficult though. Doesn’t matter how little I put, I always get some buildup.
The bad:
– Although colour is good, it doesn’t last long. I’d say a max of two days before it’s more or less noticeably faded. Starts to fade in as little as one shower.
– You have to use a lot. As I’ve seen in other reviews, you do need a lot of the stuff per application.
– Price. The price is pretty steep. Looking at my orders, it took me three weeks to go through this and I wasn’t even using it on my legs. You can go through really quick. At $45 per order, this could easily cost you $600+ a year.
I could see myself ordering again, but probably not on a regular basis due to price/speed you go through it.
Edit: I was contacted by their customer support and given a refund. Great customer service. I bumped up my review from 3 to 4 stars. They did not ask me to do this, I just appreciate the generous refund!

This self tanner gives a subtle tan over time and is all natural. It smells good and does not turn my skin orange. The large tube provides many uses and a little goes a long way if applies when body is damp. I’ve been using it for about four years. It’s a necessity in my beauty supply!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this self tanner moisturizer, I had been looking for a self tanner with natural ingredients and I happened to see this one. The fact that the ingredients are also organic is a HUGE plus for me.
I started applying this self tanner moisturizer with my hands and while it is better than applying a regular self tanner I found using a self tanner mitt a better way to make sure it was spread evenly.
I am very happy with this product and will be repurchasing when I run out based on the results and ease of application.
