So I’ve actually still been using this mask since I didn’t end up returning it. I’ve discovered a few things. If I pinch the eyeholes together near my nose before I put it on my face and keep it loose I don’t get the intense pain I was getting on my face from the silicone eye holes. I still wish that there was not a scoop out near the middle of the eyeholes which allows you to see the light below on your face and wish the silicone was softer but it’s ended up being a good mask. I wish it was more comfortable to wear it tighter still though cause I would like to do stuff besides lie in bed while using it.
I changed this review from 3 stars to 5 due to the extremely good customer service I recieved of a full refund without having to send the product back.

I got this on the recommendation of a friend who has one like this. Ive had it 3 days and so far I expect it will be going back and I will purchase a different one. My complaints are primarily the eye holes and the remote. First the eye holes are really painful on my nose and will give me a headache. I tried having the mask looser but then the light hurts my eyes and I have to keep them closed. It’s painful how tight you have to have the mask to have it work where you can still see. Second, the remote works well now but it should have more instructions. There are 2 ports on the top where you can plug the mask into and one at the bottom to plug it into the wall. I didn’t see this in the instructions anywhere so at first I was confused. Also, the remote has to be fully charged and will not work while plugged in and charging. This annoys me because keeping something like this charged would be a hassle. Finally, the nose and mouth holes are for a way bigger face and do not line up at all on me.

EDIT: Customer service is 10/10. They reached out to help resolve this issue. While the eye pieces are uncomfortable, I will say my skin feels great after using it. I have dry skin and feel like my moisturizer works better and hydrates my skin more when I use it after this mask.
I was really hoping to like this mask, especially since it’s supposed to get better coverage of your face. The main issue is the eye pieces. They’re great for eye protection but are extremely uncomfortable on your nose and have caused headaches. I don’t dare try the mask without it because I don’t want to expose my eyes to the light.
If the eye protection was adjusted and the mouth hole moved up slightly (it doesn’t sit right and exposes my chin), this could be a good mask. Will likely end up returning it.

I’ve tried 2 other LED masks at the $50 price point (A hard shell one and a visor one), and this one is by far the best. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but totally worth it.
The flexibility allows it to mold to my face and gives really good coverage. It’s also really light so my eye sockets don’t get weighed down.
While I love the different settings, the cord to the remote kind of gets in the way.
If I’m wearing it around the house, I have to put in a pocket.
I use 5-6x a week and in two weeks I’ve seen a reduction in breakouts and my skin is brighter and clearer.

I really liked this and used it a few times for about a week and then it just stopped working. It won’t charge or hold a charge and I tried other chargers too. And a brand new charger even. And also it won’t light up anymore. Even for the couple seconds I can get it to “turn on”. So basically it just stopped working after about a week which sucks.

I kept seeing the viral commercials for red light masks so I did a lot of research and read reviews before I made my selection. I didn’t want the handheld one because I wanted to be hands free so I could do other things. I’m so glad I did. First of all the product came packaged nicely and the mask sits very comfortably. I could use it forever. It’s so easy to use but the best thing is that my skin looks so much better, brighter and healthier than ever. This is way better than using sheet masks. Love it so much I’m planning to buy more for family for Christmas presents.
