I was concerned about the efficacy and the smoothness of the shave. Now that I have used the same razor 4 times, I can clearly say that this is a fantastic product. Smooth, close and painless shave on all the difficult areas- chin, angle of jaw, under lip, etc. No scratching or pulls. I did not experience this with my previous 5 blade razors. Maybe they have improved since I last tried them but considering how great the shave was, I am NOT trying any other brand I whole heartedly endorse this product
